ATLANTA — Livable Buckhead announced their 2026 State of Buckhead Survey, in hopes of making a better Buckhead.
The survey asks what residents think of issues including crime, traffic, restaurant quality, and even dogs in one of Atlanta’s most popular neighborhoods.
“We want to know how many dogs there are because we need to accommodate those dogs with stations to deal with their waste,” said Livable Buckhead Executive Director Denise Starling. “Even when we are doing zoning review, we want to make sure apartment complexes have good facilities for their dogs.”
Traffic and safety are other major issues residents are always concerned about, according to past survey results.
“Crime has been one of the issues that has been a big concern for Buckhead over the last several years. That is one of the key issues we pay attention to,” Starling said.
The 2026 State of Buckhead Survey will be open through Oct. 30. It’s not just opened to Buckhead residents, Starling says everyone is welcome to fill it out.
“The perspectives are different by audiences so it’s not just residents we’re asking, we do want everyone to fill it out because everybody comes to Buckhead or has some sort of interaction with Buckhead.”
