High school seniors planning to attend college in Georgia can save money on application fees next month, with more than 60 colleges and universities offering free applications throughout November.

The Georgia Student Finance Commission is partnering with the University System of Georgia, the Technical College System of Georgia and private institutions to waive application fees for high school students.

This marks the sixth year the organizations have worked together to offer the program.

Participating schools include Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, Georgia Gwinnett College, Georgia Southern University and Kennesaw State University.

Students can apply to as many participating colleges and universities as they choose, with no limit on the number of applications submitted during November.

While application fees vary by institution, the waiver could provide significant savings for students interested in applying to multiple schools.

The fee waivers will be available throughout November at participating institutions across Georgia.
