New South Carolina Run/Walk Event to Benefit Northside's Breast Care Program

Northside Hospital’s Breast Care Program is a proud beneficiary of a huge new fundraising event in the South Carolina Lowcountry.  The LoCo Motion walking and running event is a three-day, 30-mile walk/run in Bluffton and Hilton Head Island.  More than 3,000 people are expected to participate in the inaugural event, Sept. 30-Oct. 2.  Proceeds will go to several regional cancer organizations, including Northside Hospital, where more cases of breast cancer are treated than at any other community hospital in the Southeast.
