So, Chipotle decided its ingredients needed a side hustle. They teamed up with the London Vegetable Orchestra to record an actual song called “From Ground to Sound” at Abbey Road Studios, played entirely on raw produce.

There are corn flutes, jalapeño trumpets, lettuce percussion, and an onion playing bass. Yes, an onion has now recorded at Abbey Road. The Beatles are somewhere shaking their heads. It took three months of trial and error because vegetables keep changing tune as they age. They had to carve and play everything at peak freshness, making this officially the world’s first farm-to-studio session.
