B98.5’s “THE VOICE” SEASON THIRTY PREMIER CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  2. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the B98.5’s “The Voice” Season Thirty Premier Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal Georgia residents who (i) are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence at the time of entry; and (ii) have a valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state ID at the time of entry. Employees of Cox Radio, LLC, d/b/a Cox Media Group Atlanta (“Sponsor”), CMG Media Corporation, Big Top Marketing and Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”), NBCUniversal Management, LLC (“NBC”), Finnmax LLC (“Finnmax”) and each of their respective direct and indirect parent company, affiliated and related companies and entities, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, shareholders, joint venturers, members, agents, representatives, attorneys, employees, contractors, successors, assignees, licensees, financiers, and the distributors of each of the foregoing, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws, regardless of where they live. Persons belonging to or affiliated with a professional acting, theater, or film-making organization, such as SAG or AFTRA, are not allowed to compete in the Contest or participate in any entry. Professional actors and filmmakers, whether full-time or part-time, are allowed to compete so long as they do not belong to any professional organizations connected with the entertainment industry that would cause Sponsor to pay the entrant or any other person a fee or any other benefit for taking part in any Contest event.

Limit: Only one (1) prize winner may be selected from the same household every thirty (30) days in connection with any Contest sponsored or administered by any of the CMG Atlanta radio stations: WSB-AM, WSB-FM, WSBB, WALR, and WSRV (each, a “Station”). If you or a member of your household has won a prize from any Station within the last thirty (30) days, you will be ineligible to receive a prize in this Contest.

  1. How to Enter. The Contest will begin at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 21, 2026, and end at 7:30 p.m. ET on October 6, 2026 ET (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Contest.

To enter, listen to the B98.5 WSB radio broadcast (the “Show”) weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the following days:

  1. September 21, 22, 23, and 28;
  2. October 5 and 6

(the “Cue-to-Call Entry Period”). During the Show, the DJ will announce your chance to call in to be the designated caller (“the Cue”). When you hear the Cue, call 1-404-741-0985 (the “Contest Line”) to try to be the designated caller. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the designated caller to call Sponsor’s Contest Line, as solely determined by Sponsor, will then have the opportunity to answer a trivia question. If the designated caller answers the question correctly, as solely determined by Sponsor, such caller with be designated a potential finalist (each, a “Finalist”).

The determinations of Sponsor and Contest operators will be final and binding in all respects. Up to one (1) Finalist will be selected each day during the Cue to Call Entry Period, for a maximum total of six (6) Finalists.

To become a Finalist, (a) you must be listening to the Show at the time the Cue is announced on the applicable weekday of the Cue-to-Call Entry Period; (b) you must be declared by Sponsor to be the designated caller to Sponsor’s Contest Line and to have answered the trivia question correctly; and (c) you must comply with all other terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Telephone calls will be taken by Contest operators in the order they are received, and the operators will count the number of calls received after each on-air Contest announcement to determine the designated caller. The determinations of Sponsor and Contest operators will be final and binding in all respects. A maximum of one (1) Finalist will be selected each weekday during the Cue-to-Call Entry Period, for a maximum total of six (6) Finalists.

There is no limit on the number of times a person can call in to participate, provided that automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by Sponsor’s Visitor Agreement (b985.com/visitor-agreement) and Privacy Policy (b985.com/privacy-policy), which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Additional terms

The use of multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that participant’s entries and may result in participant’s disqualification. Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, mechanically reproduced, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor’s Contest application service provider. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent, provided that such person satisfies all other Contest eligibility requirements. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domain associated with such ISP account. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.

Entry into the Contest via the Cue-to-Call method shall be deemed consent to record any telephone conversation between a potential winner and Sponsor. Listeners accessing Sponsor’s radio station audio via IP connections like website-based streaming or mobile devices are welcome to enter. However, Sponsor cannot be responsible for delays in electronic transmission of station audio to IP devices. By entering the Contest, listeners acknowledge and agree to this specific provision of these Official Rules.

In addition, Sponsor will not be responsible for loss of service to a Contest Line or for a participant’s failure to reach a Contest Line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, any technical or human error, failures or malfunctions of any kind, including the congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to Sponsor during Cue-to-Call Entry Period prior to accepting the correct caller, or a change in programming that results in Sponsor’s inability to air call-in opportunity, Sponsor will not replay the affected call-in opportunity and the number of prizes awarded in the Contest will be reduced accordingly. If the correct caller is ineligible or fails to comply with any term of condition of these Official Rules, that caller will be disqualified, and Sponsor will resume the call-in opportunity and declare the next caller a winner, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

In the event a caller gets disconnected for any reason before being declared a winner, Sponsor may resume the call-in opportunity affected and declare the next caller a winner, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will not be responsible for dropped calls from mobile devices or land lines and dropped calls may result in a potential winner’s disqualification and forfeiture of all interest in any prize.

Any winning entrant must be the same person who originally sent the entry or dialed the phone to the radio station to participate in the Contest. No family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be allowed to participate in the Contest on another person’s behalf. An entrant must provide his or her own name as listed on his or her valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID (or other proof of Georgia residency, such as a copy of a utility bill), subject to the Contest eligibility requirements. If a participant uses a false name on any ID submitted as proof of identification, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and be ineligible to win any prize.

  1. Winner Selection and Odds.

Cue-to-Call

Each Finalist will be notified at the time they are identified to be the correct caller and have correctly answered the trivia question. The maximum number of Finalists is six (6). Odds of becoming a Finalist depend on the number of eligible participants and the order in which calls are received.

Grand Prize Drawing

On or about October 7, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prize Winner from among all Finalists (the “Grand Prize Winner”). Odds of becoming a Grand Prize Winner are 1:6.

  1. Prize Description. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, six (6) Finalists and one (1) Grand Prize Winner (each, a “Winner”) will each receive the following prizes (each, a “Prize”):

Finalists

    • Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules, each Finalist will receive a $250 AMEX gift card (subject to additional terms and conditions).

Grand Prize Winner

    • Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the “Grand Prize”: a trip (“Trip”) for Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California on the set dates December 6, 2026 – December 8, 2026. The Trip includes:
      • Round trip Main Cabin airfare for Winner and Guest between the major airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s home, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to an airport in or near Los Angeles, CA (“Los Angeles Airport”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
      • two (2) night’s standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel in or near the Los Angeles area (“Hotel”) (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
      • opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend a live taping (“Taping”) of a “Live Round” episode (“Episode”) of The Voice (“Show”), currently scheduled to take place on December 7, 2026 at Universal Studios - 100 Universal City Plaza Universal City, CA 91608;
      • $100
      • ARV of Grand Prize: $2,500

Other restrictions may apply.

ARV of all Prizes: $4,000.

All details of Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize (or Prize element) of comparable or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Prize cannot be transferred by Winner(s) or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Prize by Winner(s). ARV of Prize may vary. Trip ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. Any difference between ARV and actual retail value will not be awarded. Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the tax year in which Prize was won. If Prize is unclaimed within a reasonable time after notification from Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, it will be forfeited, and time permitting, an alternate Winner(s) may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winners acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any of the Prizes, including but not limited to, the quality, merchantability, habitability, mechanical condition, or fitness of the prize items.

Grand Prize Winner must be able to travel December 6, 2026 – December 8, 2026 (or on such other dates designated by Sponsor). If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on selected dates, the entire prize is forfeited. Travel and Taping arrangements must be made through Big Top Marketing and Promotions, Inc. and FROSCH by Chase Travel. The Trip awarded to the Grand Prize Winner must be taken within dates provided by the Sponsor or that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. The vacation package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Airline tickets and hotel reservations issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. Trip may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, or promotional offers/tickets. Airline and Hotel reservations must be made in the name of Grand Prize Winner and are non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Travel must be roundtrip. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified. Big Top Marketing & Promotions, Inc. and FROSCH by Chase Travel must issue all travel documentation. Travel may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the contest documents; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Big Top Marketing & Promotions, Inc. and FROSCH by Chase Travel. Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Checked luggage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Fees are charged each way, and are subject to change. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be allowed. Space is subject to availability. Grand Prize Winner must be at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in his or her state of residency. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Big Top Marketing & Promotions, Inc. is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Standard airline Terms and Conditions apply, and are outlined during the booking process; other airline, hotel, or vendor restrictions may apply.

Certain destinations may charge taxes or fees not covered by this prize. Grand Prize Winners and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or passport) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor, and all travel must be completed by date designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must abide by all rules, restrictions, regulations and health, safety and security procedures and are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Credit card may be required at hotel check-in.

Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all expenses and costs associated with acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, Hotel taxes, departure/arrival/customs, immigration fees, travel from Grand Prize Winner’s residence to and from airport, ground transportation, travel insurance, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs, international taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The number of seats available for use with this authorization is limited. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor are not responsible if the Taping is canceled, postponed, or delayed. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these.

The Sponsor(s) are the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Standard terms and conditions apply; other restrictions may apply. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence. Guest must be at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of travel. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must abide by all rules and restrictions and are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Grand Prize Winner acknowledges and agrees that Grand Prize Winner has read, understands and agrees to these terms and conditions herein.

Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsor’s control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Date and/or time of Taping is subject to change. Taping is subject to cancellation. NBC reserves the right to change the date and time of Taping subject to production exigencies. If Grand Prize Winner chooses to attend Taping with no Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, where legal, publicity releases (collectively, “Guest Documents”), which must be returned with the Contest Documents, or Guest portion of the Prize will be forfeited.

  1. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Potential Finalists will be identified at the time they are determined to be the correct caller, as noted above. Potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified via phone or email on or about October 7, 2026. Entry into the Contest shall be deemed consent to record any telephone conversation between a potential winner and Sponsor in the event the Sponsor notifies the winner by telephone.

In order to claim a prize, the potential qualifiers and winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notice or attempted notice.

To claim his/her prize, Sponsor will provide instructions, which may includer personally visiting Sponsor’s offices at 1601 W. Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309 within five (5) business days after notification (office visits must be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. ET and 5:00 p.m. ET, weekdays) and presenting a valid government-issued Georgia state photo ID.

Potential winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), which must be notarized and returned within five (5) business days of notification.

Sponsor’s inability to reach a potential winner after a reasonable (as solely determined by Sponsor) effort has been made, the failure of a potential winner to timely respond to a prize notification, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, the inability of winner and his/her guest to travel within the time period specified by Sponsor, and/or a potential winner’s failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in the potential winner’s disqualification.

A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED ITS VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

A winner may waive the right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes or components of prize packages with a prize or component of equal or greater value. Winner may be required to provide his/her valid Social Security Number to Sponsor for tax purposes and/or complete an IRS W-9 form in order to claim a prize. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize value and, as applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by Sponsor. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

  1. Publicity. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST YOU AGREE THAT SPONSOR, CMG MEDIA CORPORATION, BIG TOP MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS, INC., NBCUNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, FINNMAX LLC AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECT AND INDIRECT PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATED AND RELATED ENTITIES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND EACH SUCH COMPANY’S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, JOINT VENTUERERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, ATTORNEYS, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNEES, LICENSEES, FINANCIERS, AND THE DISTRIBUTORS OF EACH OF THE FOREGOING AND THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) HAVE THE ABSOLUTE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PUBLISH YOUR ENTRY ON THE WEBSITE AND TO BROADCAST, PUBLISH, OR OTHERWISE USE YOUR ENTRY AND/OR YOUR BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION AND LIKENESS IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST OR FOR ANY COMMERCIAL, PUBLICITY, OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSE WITHOUT LIMITATION, REVIEW OR APPROVAL, OR COMPENSATION TO SUCH PARTY. BY ENTERING, YOU, GRANT THE RELEASED PARTIES AN EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY-FREE AND IRREVOCABLE LICENSE AND RIGHT (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO TELECAST, BROADCAST, COPY, EDIT, ADAPT, MODIFY, REPRODUCE, PUBLISH, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS OF, DISTRIBUTE, USE, OR OTHERWISE PUBLICLY DISPLAY ANY OR ALL OF YOUR ENTRIES, OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, IN ANY MANNER OR MEDIUM THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN PERPETUITY, FOR COMMERCIAL, PUBLICITY, OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES, AND TO LICENSE OTHERS TO DO SO, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REVIEW OR APPROVAL, OR COMPENSATION TO YOU.       
  2. Participation. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and any Contest judges or administrators selected by Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Proof of sending or submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  3. Release. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO FULLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES IN ANY WAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES IN ANY WAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER HARM WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF: (1) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; (2) THE QUALITY, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (3) ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY THAT IS RELATED TO THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE.
  4. Limitations of Liability. By PARTICIPATING IN the CONTEST, PARTICIPANTs acknowledge and agree that EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE, THE APP, AND THE prize(S), ARE provided “as is” and that Sponsor makes no representations or warranties OF ANY KIND, express or implied, about the Prize(S) and sponsor hereby DISCLAIMS all such warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.)

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by PARTICIPANTs, printing OR PRODUCTION errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or EMPLOYED in the CONTEST; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the CONTEST; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the CONTEST, the processing of entries, or the notification of any winner; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from A PARTICIPANT’S participation in the CONTEST or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Contest. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claims.

  1. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
  2. DISPUTES. THE CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN NEW YORK. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
  3. No Affiliation. NBCUniversal Management and LLC, Finnmax LLC (who is acting solely as a prize provider in connection with the Conest) are not sponsors of the Contest, and are not involved in the administration of the Contest in any way.
  4. Sponsor. The B98.5 “The Voice” Season Thirty Premier Contest is sponsored by Cox Radio, LLC d/b/a Cox Media Group Atlanta. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials or announcements relating to the Contest.
