Goodwill Spring Cleaning Promotion
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
(a) make a donation at a Goodwill of North Georgia store and register your receipt online with Goodwill's Donation Tracker at http://gwdonate.org. Complete all of the required information and follow all posted instructions. Donors must also opt-in to be eligible to win prizes in the Contest. In doing so, donors acknowledge that information may be shared with employees of CMG radio stations who are responsible for distributing prizes to winners.
Limitations applicable to all methods of entry: The use of multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that participant's entries and may result in participant's disqualification. Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, mechanically-reproduced, lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor's Donation Tracker.
Five (5) Pressure Washing Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, five (5) winners will each receive one (1) gift certificate for $200 credit toward residential pressure washing services, provided by Advanced Pressure & Gutter Cleaning, Inc. ANY COST OVER $200 WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER.
Ten (10) Gutter Cleaning Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) gift certificate for $150 credit toward gutter cleaning services (shingle roofs only on homes up to 2,500 sq. ft.) provided by Gutter Pro. ANY COST OVER $150 WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR HOMES WITH GUTTER GUARDS OR SCREENS.
Five (5) Air Conditioning Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, five (5) winners will each receive one (1) gift certificate for air-conditioning tune-up of system, provided by Shumate Heating & Air.
Five (5) Carpet Cleaning Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, five (5) winners will each receive one (1) gift certificate for carpet cleaning services in up to three (3) rooms (maximum 250 sq. ft. per room), provided by Zerorez. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ANY PET TREATMENT OR STAIN REMOVAL.
Eight (8) Home Cleaning Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, eight (8) winners will each receive $100 credit toward a home cleaning service, provided by Hux. ANY COST OVER $100 WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER.
Limit: Only one (1) prize winner may be selected from the same household every sixty (60) days in connection with any contest sponsored or administered by any of the CMG-Atlanta radio stations (i.e., WSB-AM, WSB-FM, WSBB, WTSH, WALR and WSRV). If you or a member of your household has won a prize from any CMG-Atlanta radio station within the last sixty (60) days, you will be ineligible to receive a prize in this Contest.
7. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Potential winners will be notified by a representative of CMG on or about Monday, May 9, 2016 at the telephone number and/or email address provided at the time of registering a donation receipt at http://gwdonate.org or through the alternate method of entry.
13. Miscellaneous. Sponsor and CMG will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials or announcements relating to the Contest. Sponsor and CMG reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time.
