Kristina told us that though she would usually nominate another family, this year is different for her family and she wanted to do something wonderful for her own children. After going through a divorce and becoming a single mom of a 5, 6 and 13-year old, she has struggled with finances. She said “My kids are a blessing, so full of life and sweet and I just want to be able to give or go out and do stuff with them without having to tell them I cannot because bills have to be paid. I just want to have a Christmas the will enjoy and remember.”
