Regina has gone through Cancer, Covid-19, homelessness and domestic violence but even in the worst moments in her life, she was helping others, smiling, and not complaining. She has served as a caregiver for her father while raising six children. Regina has a 13 and 18-year old at home, and the family’s nominator told us that the Rowland “children are the most well- mannered kids you’ll find. Helpful, kind and smart.” while the older children have grown up. The family volunteers, feeds the homeless, and donates their time and money, even when they have little to spare.
