Harry Styles and Phoebe Waller-Bridge dance the night away in the new video for “Treat People With Kindness.” And fans are loving the elegant, black-and-white rendition.
The video features Styles and “Fleabag” star Waller-Bridge. Styles is performing at a nightclub and invites Waller-Bridge to dance. The black-and-white setting and cinematography is a throwback to 1940s-era dance films that featured Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, according to Rolling Stone.
Styles, 26, and Waller-Bridge, 35, dance together in matching outfits before Styles falls into Waller-Bridge’s arms at the end of the video.
“I’ve got a good feeling / I’m just taking it all in,” Styles sings. “Floating up and dreaming/Dropping into the deep end/And if we’re here long enough/They’ll sing a song for us/And we’ll belong.”
“Fine Line” features hits such as “Watermelon Sugar,” “Adore You” and “Golden,” People reported. It has been nominated for a 2021 Grammy Award in the best pop vocal album category, the magazine reported.
“Fine Line is one year old. I couldn’t be more grateful for you all continually finding new ways to change my life,” Styles tweeted last month. “Thank you for listening, and for everything else. I always love you, but especially today. H.”
The new video follows Styles’ previously released video for “Golden,” Rolling Stone reported.
Twitter users have already synced clips from the video to other songs, like “She’s Not Afraid,” “U Can’t Touch This,” and “Dancing Queen,” CNN reported.
