Hugh Shot: The Centers for Disease Control is upset with Hugh Jackman for saying you don't need a flu shot. During his Golden Globes acceptance speech he said, "Sorry, I’m at the tail end of this flu and I was kicking myself for not getting the flu shot ... but it appears actually you don’t need one. I feel great!" A rep for the CDC tells TMZ, "I don’t know if he really meant that vaccination was not a good thing to do, but each year millions become ill with influenza; more than 200,000 may be hospitalized; and between 3,000 and 49,000 will die. The first and most important step in protecting against the flu is to get a flu vaccine each season."

The woman and the male started to call and text each other daily. In the middle of August, the man told her he needed $1,200 to pay some taxes, convincing her he would pay her back and that he expected to get a big inheritance from his mother, telling the woman she would be named a trustee. She continued to send him money -- $26,399.97 plus $458 in wire fees -- until he sent her fraudulent documents. The woman never actually met the male face to face.''

5 Ways To Add Years To Your Life from womenshealth.com
Drink Wine Wine lovers rejoice! Research confirms that moderate drinkers (one glass per day for women) slash their risk of heart disease up to 40 percent. Love vino? Try red wine from Madiran, France, which has up to five times as many procyanidins (antioxidants that improve blood vessel function) as wines from other areas, thanks to the region's traditional production techniques, which allow grapes to ferment longer.
Say Yes To Soy Studies show that healthy women who eat soy at least once a week cut their risk of breast cancer by 50 percent. But some research suggests that processed soy may actually rev up cancer cells, so chowing down on Veggie Dogs won't cut it. Instead, stick to natural staples such as edamame, tofu, soy milk, and miso.
Slash Stress Over time, stress can increase your risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity – all things that take years off your life. Stress is easy to squash, so don't fret. Most people rank personal finances as their number one stressor, typically because they feel powerless. Try this: Keep some money in a special bank account, safe from your urge to splurge on a new designer bag. This will help you feel more secure with your finances and help reduce stress.
Get Your Sweat On Want to live longer? Hit the gym. Studies show that working out may lower a woman's risk of breast cancer by 37 percent, osteoporosis by 45 percent, and heart disease by 14 percent. A combination of cardio and weight training boosts metabolism and burns fat, keeping heart disease at bay. Check out The Keep-Your-Heart-Pumping Workout to keep your ticker in tip-top shape.
Lose The Muffin Top Maintaining a healthy weight not only keeps you looking hot in your hip-huggers, it wards off heart attacks and diabetes, too. To see if you're a healthy size, check the circumference of your waist around your belly button. That number should be less than half your height.
Lady In Red
A new survey by the British Heart Foundation reveals that 40% of women believe their confidence increases when they wear red. Other findings:
- 29% of women wish they had the courage to wear red more often
- 10% of women wear red to impress in the office
- 26% of women say wearing red lipstick boosts their confidence
Alive And Well
A new wellness survey by the McCann Erickson ad agency reveals that 33% of people have food on their mind more than sex. Other findings:
- 32% of people would love to never age
- 12% of people would choose to get rid of sleep if they could
- 20% of people think that technology will get to the point where doctors won't be needed

JLo introduced Casper Smart to her ex, Diddy, at the Golden Globes. A source tells Hollyscoop, ''Jennifer and Casper had a somewhat awkward run-in with Diddy last night. It is the first time Jennifer has seen him in years and everyone was watching when they went up to say hello to him. They were cordial to each other but she didn't hug him. Casper shook Diddy's hand and it was very brief. She looked like she was trying to avoid the hello, but it was impossible.''
Lindsay Lohan's New York attorney, Mark Heller, fired her L.A. attorney, Shawn Holley, yesterday. Lindsay has a court date today in California. A source tells RADAR Online, ''Lindsay owes Shawn over $300k in legal fees and she hasn’t made any payments to her in over six months. Lindsay hadn’t paid anything for any of the work Shawn has done on her three new criminal charges of lying to cops, in connection with her car accident in Santa Monica last summer. Shawn has kept Lindsay out of jail for over five years now and she has no idea how good she has had it. Shawn is extremely respected by judges and prosecutors and that has benefited Lindsay greatly. Lindsay’s new criminal attorney, Mark Heller, isn’t even based in Los Angeles and certainly doesn’t have the revered reputation that Shawn does. I suspect that Lindsay’s new attorney is either representing her for a reduced fee, or not charging her at all. I think Mark wants the publicity that representing Lindsay Lohan can bring.” Heller once had his law license suspended for misconduct.
Kate Middleton has hardly gained any weight during her pregnancy. A source tells Woman's Day, "She is eating far less than normal for a pregnant woman. She just cannot consume the amount of food that is necessary at this stage, and keep it down. Kate is absolutely terrified about getting fat, but she knows she has to listen when it comes to the right things to eat during her pregnancy. Her doctors have promised her they will come up with a good plan to help her lose weight sensibly when the baby is born."
Kate is due in July.
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis would like to marry in April. A source tells More magazine, "Mila has told Ashton she wants to be married before getting pregnant. At this point, he's ready to fully let go and start the New Year afresh. He filed for divorce so he can marry Mila and have the child he's always wanted. Ashton took Mila to his hometown in Iowa over the holidays to meet his family, and to announce in person that they're planning a small LA wedding this April."

Arnold Schwarzenegger has no plans to retire. He says, ''I am happiest when I work. After six hours of sleep I wake up and have a guilty feeling, that I am still lying in bed. Getting older doesn't mean getting worse. The word 'retirement' doesn't appear in my vocabulary. Who says you can't act for the camera when you are 80 or 90?''
Adele is allegedly nervous about performing at The Oscars. A source tells Showbiz Spy, “Adele is petrified of her comeback performance. She’s been a recluse over the last year being a mum and she knows the whole world will be watching. She’s been working flat-out to perfect her performance and rebuild her confidence.”
Adele wants to win an Egot or trophies from the Emmy Awards, the Grammys, the Oscars and the Tonys. She tells E! News, "I'm going to do it... I want to write music for Broadway and a TV show." When asked about her son, she said, ''I am exhausted, that's how [motherhood] changed me. I have eczema from boiling bottles. I am not sharing his name at the moment. It is very personal to me. I am enjoying him on my own.''

We’ll definitely have probably one cause he’s already got two amazing kids so I lucked out in that area. But yeah, that’s down the road.”
Kelly Clarkson says planning her wedding has been challenging. "I've never been that girl, so it's really hard. There's a lot of decisions from flowers to invitations. I didn't even know of a thing called 'save the date' until now. And we don't even have a date and everybody keeps asking."
