Manti Te’o Combine Update: Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio says NFL teams are wondering if Manti Te’o is gay. He tells Dan Patrick, “Here’s the elephant in the room for the teams and it shouldn’t matter but we have to step aside from the rest of reality and walk into the unique industry that is the NFL. Teams want to know whether Manti Te’o is gay. They just want to know. They want to know because in an NFL locker room, it’s a different world. It shouldn’t be that way.”
They want to know what they’re getting. They want to know what issues they may be dealing with down the road. We just assumed that at some point there would be an openly gay player in an NFL locker room and the team would have to work with the realities and make sure that everything’s fine. Now you have a situation where you have a guy who was in a relationship with a fake girl who ended up being a real man, and the man has said to Dr. Phil that he was romantically in love with Manti Te’o, it just raises a lot of questions that the NFL at some point is going to have to deal with.
I’m not saying anyone would take Manti Te’o off the board if they suspected he’s gay or know he’s gay. That’s just the thing that’s out there that they want to know the answer to.”
Titantic Too: Australian billionaire Clive Palmer is building a replica of the original Titanic. He says in 2016 the Titanic II will sail from Southampton, England to New York like its predecessor. “This ship has so far had 40,000 people on our website for tickets, we’ve had 16 people that have offered to pay more than $750,000 to $1 million per cabin. The vessel will feature state-of-the-art technology and the latest navigation and safety systems, including 18 motorized life boats. Anything will sink if you can put a hole in it. You think you’d be very cavalier to make something like that, I think people had done that in the past and lived to regret it.”
Adam Levine takes his dates to McDonald's. He tells the fashion website Refinery29, ''I always like to dress up in a tuxedo and tell the girl to dress real fancy. I like to pick her up and go to McDonald's in a tuxedo. It's my move. You don't have to shell out a bunch of money on the first date. It's a good, spontaneous, romantic thing you can do that's also cost-effective. What if you don't like the person? It's only the first date. It's the first time you're hanging out - do something quirky and romantic. You don't want to show it all off on the first date, you know? Dress fancy, but go to McDonald's. Her world will be so rocked. You might be able to take her to the opera afterwards. If you don't like her, you can just take her home.''

Kristen Stewart allegedly had a bad night at the Oscars. A source tells Showbiz Spy, “Kristen Stewart was VERY depressed at the Oscars. She thought Robert Pattinson would at least call and congratulate her but he didn’t at all. She kept her phone near her and checked it for texts but they never came. She got injured beforehand and was mortified about the limp. She thought she looked ridiculous on the show and was really self-conscious. She just wants some attention from him, but he won’t give her the time of day. It was just a bad weekend, between the injury and being lonely. She felt dumb and was holding back tears the whole night. Kristen was on the verge of tears during Oscars because Rob didn’t call her.”

A source tells Showbiz Spy, “She’s 100 per cent moved in with him, she spends her summers at Lake Como in Italy and all her stuff is at his place in Los Angeles. While she maintains a small rent controlled apartment in West Hollywood, she uses it as a storage space for mementos and personal items. All her clothes are at George’s and she never goes home. Stacy is his dream woman. She doesn’t call to check in. He calls her more than she calls him.”
Clive Davis doesn't believe Whitney Houston had a girlfriend. He says, “I really saw her in brief relationships with men. I only knew of Robyn as her assistant, someone she grew up with, since she was a teenager. I just knew the heterosexual side of Whitney.”

Sometimes you row, you fight, with the one you love and things get said, stuff spirals. People attack me and criticize me, it happens all the time. But they don’t know me, and they don’t know us. It doesn’t bother me any more. Other people can judge us but they don’t know anything.”
