Robert Hoffman, who claims he found Kate Gosselin's secret journals, says she beat her kids with a wooden spoon. He tells the Star, “She was beating 2-year-old babies in diapers. I don’t judge somebody for spanking, but what Kate wrote in her journal is just absolute violence. One example: When three of her children helped themselves to M&Ms without permission, she allegedly wrote, “I really, really lost it! I pulled Collin up by the hair, and I spanked them so hard!” She uses that Spanker on a daily basis for anything and everything. The spanking entries are endless.''

What The Colors Of Your Job Interview Clothes Convey from monster.com

Research has shown that 85 percent of communication is nonverbal, so choosing what to wear to an interview is clearly an important part of your overall presentation. It won’t make up for weak answers, but it can communicate some positive things about your personality and what you might be like to work with.

Here's what some common colors convey so you can put them to best use when getting dressed for the job interview:

Blue: You can't go wrong with darker shades of blue, especially navy. Choosing from this powerful spectrum will project an image of someone who is in control. From the interviewer's point of view, the color blue conjures up calm, stability, trust, truth, confidence and security. These are all great messages to send without saying a word.

Gray: After blue, gray is the second most popular color to wear for an interview. Like darker blue, it’s not a distracting color to the interviewer, which means they’ll be focused more on what you’re saying and how you’re saying it. Gray denotes sophistication, so use it to your advantage.

Black: This is a commanding color and represents authority. Black also connotes drama, so use it carefully when putting together your interview outfit. You may want to use it as an accent -- like in a scarf or tie, for instance -- rather than as the primary color.

Red: This is an extremely powerful color. It's so strong you should only use it as an accent color. Reds are associated with energy, passion, desire, power and aggression. People think of intensity and passion when they see the color red, so use it sparingly, or it could send the wrong message to the interviewer.

White: White shirts and blouses are always a safe bet. It sends the message of simplicity, cleanliness, precision and goodness.
In this very competitive job market, give yourself every opportunity to shine in the interview. Knowing what job interview clothes to wear makes a statement about who you are. Choosing the right colors will reinforce that positive impression.

Tastes Great .. Less Trimming: Oregon's Rogue Ales Brewey is developing a new beer made from the beard of brewmaster John Maier. He says, "Thirty-four years. I never shaved it. 1978. Is that 34 years? Hey, why not look for a different place that might have some magic yeast in it. We had our lab guy take a couple of swabs, by putting a q-tip in (my beard), or taking a clip off. I don't know what I thought about it. You're not really drinking a beard, you're drinking a great beer that happens to have a yeast that comes from a beard. What's it taste like? Tastes like it's got some spices in it.''

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher may have kids. A source tells Closer magazine, "They've been so happy since moving in, they've said they've discussed starting to try for a baby. They don't see the point in waiting when they're so deeply in love and want the same thing. Mila knows she's not always going to be liked by Demi, but she's done nothing wrong. Now she and Ashton have decided to make a real go of things together, she's never been happier."

An exorcist recently cleansed Simon Cowell's home. A source tells the Sun, ''He feared the crisis engulfing his ailing X Factor show was caused by a curse on him made by women he had wronged. Getting a healer to cleanse the house may sound odd, but if it gives him peace of mind, why not.''

Katie Holmes and daughter Suri were recently spotted at a Brooklyn flea market. A source tells the Post, “Katie and Suri looked relaxed and happy as they looked over all the things on sale. I didn’t see her buy anything, but I’d put money on her moving to Brooklyn because, despite the huge crowds, nobody seemed to care who she was.”

A source tells the Sun Times, “You get the sense that Katie has exited some kind of weird psychological exile. Holmes is not even thinking about dating and is only focusing on [daughter] Suri, her acting career and business interests.''

Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon are ok after crashing in Georgia. They were arguing when he accidentally drove off the road.

Kristen Stewart may get a Robert Pattinson tattoo. A source tells OK Magazine, “She has even started talking about getting a tattoo of Rob’s name to show him how serious she is. Rob says that’s a crazy idea but it did affect him deeply that she would do something so permanent in his honor.” Another source says they are planning a romantic vacation. “Rob and Kristen are trying to decide where they can go to get away from it all for a while and just be together, without all the distractions.”

Honey Boo Boo's dad, Sugar Bear, came home from the hospital yesterday following more surgery on his knee. June Tweeted: "sorry I didn't update everyone after surgery but it was a very stressful day with everything going on the surgery went great the irrigated the knee it was the start of a small infection but they caught it early which was good. got the echo results back this am its was good but now today he will have a scope down his throat to c behind the valves to double check to make sure no infection there finally some good news."

Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are dating again. A source tells InTouch Weekly they kissed at an X Factor party. “They sat next to each other, holding hands, and made out in front of the group — including Simon Cowell. They were all over each other.”

Lady GaGa's boyfriend likes her new body. She says, ''My boyfriend [Taylor Kinney] prefers me curvier. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size.''

Avril Lavigne is not pregnant with Chad Kroeger's baby. She was spotted at a New York bar doing sex on the beach shots.

Demi Lovato never lip-syncs. She says, ''I know I don't use autotune. Even when I sound sh*t I sing live, so whatever."

Chris Brown and Nicole Scherzinger allegedly kissed at an LA club. A source tells X17, “They were dancing close for a while and being all touchy-feely and finally Chris leaned into her. She put her head on his shoulder and they started kissing! I couldn’t believe Chris was being so obvious about it!”

A source tells Hollywoodlife.com. “He’s known Nikki for years so it ain’t no thing. I don’t think it needs all the extras people are trying to put on what happened last night. He had a few drinks, was letting loose on the floor, got a little full and danced. That was it. He wasn’t trying to gas Nikki up. He was just having fun with it – putting on a show for people. Chris be doing s**t half the time for show.”

Nicole's rep says, "There is absolutely no truth to the ridiculous story ... The photos that have surfaced are old friends who were trying to talk at a very loud club. I guarantee there will be no photos of them kissing."

Rihanna Tweeted: “I don’t get bitter, I just get better”

Adele has no problem with her size. She says, ''I just stand there and sing. I'm not worried that I'm a 'plus size' and so much bigger than other artists. No matter what you look like the key is to be happy with yourself.''

Taylor Swift may elope. A source tells Celeb Dirty Laundry, “Taylor made up her mind that Conor is the man she wants to marry – and she doesn’t want to wait any longer. Taylor is absolutely obsessed with the idea of becoming a Kennedy wife.”

Journey considered replacing Steve Perry with Michael Bolton. Neal Schon says, “Michael was a little eccentric. I played the solo in his version of Sittin’ On the Dock of the Bay, and Bolton made me re-do my solo about 200 times. We thought about him for a second. Michael definitely had pipes – he was pretty bionic when I worked with him. But even then there was a lot of personality clashing. I didn’t feel we would get too far, that’s all I can tell you.”
