She set up headstones with their names and a sign that read: ‘Rest in Peace Nosey Neighbors'. A new survey by the career website Glassdoor reveals that 10% of workers will dress up for Halloween. 42% said they’ll play it safe with basic costumes such as ghosts, witches or pirates. Other findings:

A PetSmart survey reveals that 15% of pet owners plan to dress their pet in a Halloween costume this year. Angels, vampires, witches, basketball players, pumpkins and pirates are this year's top pet costumes.

Higher Education: Chinese teacher Yan Yanhong was recently fired for lifting her screaming pre-schoolers into the air by their ears. Parents complained after a picture of some lifts were posted online.
