There's An App For That: A new app destroys risqué photographs just seconds after they are received and opened. In order for Snapchat to work, the sender and recipient must both have the free iPhone app. The sender takes a picture and then sets how long they want it to be viewed for before it 'self-destructs'. The recipient has up to ten seconds, from the time they open the picture, to view it. The picture will then vanish from their phone 'for good'.
Fake N Bake Doll: Tanorexic mom Patricia Krentcil now has her own doll. Connecticut-based Hero Builders created the bronzed doll, which has blonde hair, a black jacket and a dark face. It retails for $29.95. Patricia was recently spotted walking outside her home in pink lace underwear.
Teens Make A Splash At Prom: A group of Wisconsin teens were taking prom pictures on a pier in Lac La Belle when the pier collapsed and sent some of them into the water. They were pulled from the water and used hairdryers to dry themselves off before the big dance. The parents were running so many hairdryers, they blew a breaker in one house. No one was injured.

The Force Puts Out An APB For Darth Vader: The Lincoln, New Zealand police are looking for a group of men that have been threatening cyclists and joggers while dressed as Darth Vader. A police spokesman says they struck again on Monday night. "The males, dressed in dark clothing and Darth Vader masks, were driving past cyclists in a car and pointing fake guns at them. They've done this to at least five people that we know about. Unfortunately fake guns don't always look fake".
Man Hopes To Strike Gold By Changing His Name: Tyler Gold changed his name to Tyrannosaurus Rex on Monday. The 23-year-old Nebraskan said he did it “because the T-Rex designation is cooler.” "As an entrepreneur, name recognition is important and the new name is more recognizable."
Man Makes Living By Clownin' Around: Dominic Deville works as an "evil birthday clown". He says his job is to scare kids before their birthday. "The child feels more and more that it is being pursued. The clown's one and only aim is to smash a cake into the face of his victim, when they least expect it, during the course of seven days. If at any point the kids get scared or their parents are concerned we stop right there. But most kids absolutely love being scared senseless." Deville harasses kids with texts, phone calls and letters. He lives in Switzerland.
Dustin Hoffman is being hailed as a hero for saving a London jogger's life. He was walking through Hyde Park when he saw Sam Dempster fall to the ground. Dustin ran over, called for help, and stayed with Sam, who says, "I want to say 'Thank you' to Dustin Hoffman. He saved my life. I have no memory of what happened. The paramedics told me I had been saved by Dustin Hoffman. It's unbelievable." Medics saved Sam from a heart attack.
Mila Kunis saved a life on Saturday. A 50-year-old man, who works at her house, suddenly collapsed and began choking, coughing up blood and vomiting after biting through his tongue. Mila turned his head while her friend prevented the man from swallowing his tongue. The man was rushed to the hospital, where he made a full recovery from his seizure.
Rachel Ray is moving into Martha Stewart's old studios. The NY Post claims she requested her staff sage the studio before moving in. A source says, “She ordered her staff to ‘sage the place.’ There is bad blood between the two chefs. Martha has spoken openly about her disdain for Rachael and has been quoted as saying; 'She’s more of an entertainer . . . with her bubbly personality, than she is a teacher, like me.'”
The Sun Times claims JLo and Casper Smart may marry. A source says, “He knows when to bend and when to stand up to her. He’s very savvy about handling women in general. Jennifer also wants to have another baby."
Johnny Depp will never do Dancing With the Stars. He says, "The idea of dancing is the only thing that scares me. I'd rather fight a buzzsaw than dance."
Kris Humphries wants his 20-carat diamond engagement ring back from Kim Kardashian. A source tells Perez Hilton, "Kris wants the ring back because the marriage only lasted 72 days and he believes it was based on fraud and deceit. Remember, Kim filed for divorce. Kris paid for that ring, and he just can't fathom why Kim would want to keep it. It's not like she is ever going to wear it again. Kris realizes that with Kim it's all about material objects and she truly treasures things over people in her life."
Model Tyson Beckford, Carmen Electra, Joe Jonas, Rob Kardashian, Jersey Shore stars Pauly D and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, Dean Cain, Warren Sapp, Romeo, Ndamukong Suh, Taylor Hicks and Rob Gronkowski are going to star on Fox's new dating show called The Choice. The celebs won't be able to see their prospective dates when they're talking to them. The Choice will premiere on June 7th
Skylar Laine's boyfriend dumped her on the same day she was eliminated from American Idol. A source tells Life & Style Weekly, "He called it quits because the distance was too much for him. Money was tight to fly out to LA to see her, so he dumped her so that she could focus on her career."
Justin Bieber wants Mark Wahlberg to help him break into the movie business. A source says, "Justin really wants to break into movies but he wants to do a project of his own. He loves action movies and is a huge fan of Mark and sees him as very much the kind of actor he wants to be – especially as Mark started out in pop. Unfortunately Justin hasn't quite got the physique for an action movie just yet. He's working out with a personal trainer but the fitter he gets the skinnier he ends up."
Taylor Swift tells American Songwriter she will never wear a disguise in public. “I know that a lot of different artists and a lot of different people who are in the public eye have different opinions of what normalcy is. But for me, normalcy is going out in public and not wearing dark sunglasses because you’re trying to disguise yourself – it’s just going out and talking to your fans when they want to come up and say ‘hi.’ I love that.”
