- Some rental car companies are charging $9 a gallon for gas. Fox News recently did a price check and found renters being charged $5.07 per gallon at Enterprise, $7.99 per gallon at Budget and $9.29 at Hertz.

- Red Bull creator Chaleo Yoovidhya has died at the age of 89. He passed from natural causes. Chaleo founded T.C. Pharmaceuticals in the 1970s and formulated an energy drink prototype called Krathing Daeng (or Red Bull in English). It was popular among Thai truck drivers and laborers. He turned Red Bull into a global brand in 1984 with an investor.

Production on '24: The Movie' has been halted because of budget issues. Fox wanted to produce the film for $30 million. Kiefer Sutherland and producer Brian Grazer thought it needed a budget of at least $40 million. Kiefer wanted to paid $5 million; Fox wanted to give him $1 million.
Donald Trump is launching a new cologne called Success. He says, "The last one did well but it was really meant more for our product, for my company. I wanted to do a fragrance for all of my clubs, all my buildings and all of my everything. And we still use it. This one is meant for that also, but it’s going to be a much more international fragrance. We’re going to go much bigger with it."
Phillip Phillips' family can't afford to fly to Hollywood to see him perform on American Idol so the residents of Leesburg, Georgia are holding fundraisers to raise money to send them. Merchants are also donating money.
Bobby Brown has written a script about his life called The Bad Boy of R&B: The Bobby Brown Story. He is shopping it to Hollywood producers and wants his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, to star in the film.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez recently had a spat at a Florida bar. A source tells Perez Hilton, "Justin stormed out of the bar and Selena chased him to the car. His security team drove them down the street to an alley where they had a private conversation. They then returned to the restaurant and upon leaving they all seem like they had a little too much to drink even though they aren't old enough to drink."

Taylor Swift paid tribute to one of her New Zealand fans on Saturday. 19 year-old Jess Hosking was working as a nanny in Paris when she was found dead in her bed from a previously unknown heart condition. Taylor met with her parents before her show in Auckland. Jess' mom, Sarah, says, "It is fantastic, but it is bittersweet because I would give anything to have Jess back. Prior to Jess' passing, I knew of Taylor Swift but I know a heap more about her now. Now I know most of her songs and I know how important she was to Jess
Steven Tyler says he regrets some of the things he said in his 60 Minutes interview. "We all realize we might have said a little too much. Being Italian, you know, there's some things you don't say. There was stuff we were going through."
Joe Perry talked about wanting to hit Steven. "That would damage the relationship too much; besides he needs his jaw to sing." Steven responded, "It's a terrible message that sends.
