Tim Trautman, president of the International Pole Sport Federation, says, "The biggest challenge is going to be the stereotyping that we have to deal with. And you know, quite frankly everyone thinks pole fitness and pole sport and everything came out of strip clubs but it started long before then. We have to take some of the eroticism out of the moves and also take off the high heels. We're going to frame it as these are athletes that you're watching."

I started singing it to her because she loves her and we used to sing that song together. Charlotte started smiling and I couldn’t believe it. It was the first time she had reacted to anything since the haemorrhage. The nurses were astounded and told me to keep singing - and she smiled again. The nurses said it was like I unlocked her and from that day she started getting better and better.
