Justin Bieber Helps Boost Organ Donor Registrations in Ontario

Justin Bieber knows how to make things happen (it is his world, after all).

The charitable singer answered the tweeted plea of a fan with action, after the Belieber asked the "Baby" crooner to spread the word about organ and blood donation to his Twitter followers.

Helene Campbell, who tweeted Bieber from the handle @alungstory last week, wrote, "Hey @justinbieber! I BELIEB you should use that Canadian voice of yours and help save lives like mine #beanorgandonor beadonor.ca #giveblood".

Bieber quickly followed suit, responding to the young woman (who is awaiting a lung transplant herself), "i got the word....you have amazing strength. i got u. #BeAnOrganDonor."

And that wasn't all.

The Biebs followed that with "help spread the word for @alungstory http://www.alungstory.ca/ #BeAnOrganDonor" and "and @alungstory NEVER SAY NEVER".

After Campbell thanked the pop singer for making such a "huge impact" with his tweet, Bieber responded, "glad to be able to help. best part of what i do."

And it turned out to be a very huge impact indeed.

Following Campbell and Bieber's tweetfest, the Ontario-based Trillium Gift of Life Network saw donations rise to 1,200 people, more than four times the amount the network usually receives, according to MTV.

"Helene Campbell is very courageous," Ronnie Gavsie, President and CEO of the organization told E! News. "She has done an incredible job inspiring and motivating Ontarians to register their consent to organ and tissue donation. On an average day we would expect about 50 new online registrations. Since Helene's campaign began last Thursday, the average has been closer to 200 per day!

"There are over 1500 people in Ontario waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant. On behalf of all them and Trillium Gift of Life Network, thank you Helene and thank you Justin Bieber! In Ontario, if you have a signed donor card, you still need to register. Visit www.BeADonor.ca to register or check to be sure you are indeed a registered donor."

Way to go, Biebs!

Brad Pitt on Marrying Angelina Jolie: "We'd Actually Like To"

Forget Will and Kate: Hollywood's own royal wedding just might go down, after all.

Brad Pitt admits in the new Hollywood Reporter that he and love Angelina Jolie, after seven years together, are champing at the bit to get married.

PHOTOS: Brad's many, many hairstyles

"We'd actually like to," the Oscar nominee, 48, admits. "And it seems to mean more and more to our kids." But the parents to Maddox, 10, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 5, and Knox and Vivienne, 3, famously declared they wouldn't wed until gay marriage was legalized nationwide. But the Moneyball star and in the Land of Blood and Honey director Jolie, 36, are beginning to buckle, he tells the magazine.

"We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to do it till everyone can," he says. "But I don't think we'll be able to hold out. It means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot. And it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment"

The once-married (to Jennifer Aniston) Pitt wouldn't reveal whether he's actually proposed to Jolie. "I'm not going to go any further…But to be in love with someone and be raising a family with someone and want to make that commitment and not be able to is ludicrous, just ludicrous."

Another possibility? A seventh kid! "We haven't closed the book on it," he says of adding to their brood, at least via adoption, anyway. "There's a really nice balance in the house right now, but if we see the need and get that lightning bolt that says, 'We can help this person; we could do something here.'"

Pat Sajak Admits to Hosting Wheel of Fortune Drunk

Can we buy a vowel ... err a shot of vodka?

LongtimeWheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak says he used to host the popular game show drunk. "When I first started and was much younger and could tolerate those things," Sajak tells Dan Le Batard of "Dan Le Batard is Highly Questionable." "We had a different show then."

The 65-year-old, who has hosted Wheel of Fortune since 1981, says he and right-hand woman Vanna White used to go to a local Mexican restaurant in Burbank during their two-and-a-half hour dinner breaks. That break gave the duo more than enough time to knock a couple margaritas back before the night tapings. "Vanna and I would go across and have two or three or six and then come and do the last shows and have trouble recognizing the alphabet. They're really great tapes to get a hold of," Sajak said. "I had a great time. I have no idea if the shows were any good, but no one said anything, so I guess I did OK."

Unfortunately, margaritas — or any sort of alcohol for that matter — no longer play a part in Sajak's hosting routine. "I would be hesitant to have anything to drink now," he said. What a  _arty  _oo_er.

Blue Ivy, Oprah: Godmother to Beyonce and Jay-Z's Baby?

Blue Ivy Carter is probably one of the most powerful infants in the world. With music royalty Beyonce and Jay-Z for parents and a Billboard record already under her belt at just a few days old, we're sure baby Blue has a bright future in front of her.

But just to add to their new daughter's swag factor, Hov and Bey have reportedly named one of the most powerful women in media as her godmother. According to Media Takeout, Oprah has accepted the task of godmothering the child! Jay-Z's often rapped-about best friend Tyran "Ty Ty" Smith will reportedly be the godfather.

Super Bowl 2012: Cee Lo Will Perform With Madonna

Nicki Minaj is one hip-hip staple that is reportedly set to appear onstage during the halftime show at Super Bowl XLVI, alongside pop icon Madonna, but now another rap star has been confirmed: Cee Lo Green. 'The Lady Killer' creator will join the 'Material Girl' songstress as she puts on a spectacle for fans come Feb. 5 in Indianapolis, Ind.

The Insider reports that the Goodie Mob member has been traveling to New York City over the course of the last two weeks to practice with Madonna. Cee Lo will bring a "new sound" to the blonde-haired singer's classic hits. Some of the songs featured in the set list will include popular tracks 'Vogue,' 'Ray of Light,' 'Music' and her Minaj and M.I.A.-assisted new single, 'Give Me All Your Luvin,' featured on her 12th LP, 'M.D.N.A.'

Madonna told MTV that her performance will be "imagined" by Cirque du Soleil and longtime choreographer and creative director Jamie King.
