Leap Year Baby: Betty Flemming will celebrate her 22nd birthday today even though she was born on February 29, 1924. Being a 'Leap Year Baby' means she was legally old enough to buy booze beginning in 2008. Flemming will be 88 this year and lives in a retirement community in Springfield, Virginia. She says, "On my eighth birthday, my mother threw me a big surprise party on February 29th. I then realized what a special day it was. Every other year, we celebrated my birthday on March 1 because my mother said 'Feb. 28 was a day too soon!' However, like any birthday, the hardest part is aging. Even if Feb. 29 doesn't come, I'm still another year older."

It is estimated that 4 million people share Flemming's birthday, including celebrities Ja Rule, Tony Robbins and Antonio Sabato Jr. Peter Brouwer, the co-founder of the Honor Society of Leap Year Day Babies, says, "The law of averages means your chance of being born on Feb. 29 are one out of 1,461. 1,461 equals 365, or the number of days in the year, times four, plus one for the extra day in the four-year cycle. We figure in the U.S., there's about 200,000 of us, and in the world, about 5 million."

Tiger’s late father, Earl, was a Green Beret, who served two tours of duty in Vietnam. Haney writes: “Tiger was seriously considering becoming a Navy SEAL. I didn’t know how he’d go about it, but when he talked about it, it was clear he had a plan….I thought, Wow, here is Tiger Woods, greatest athlete on the planet, maybe the greatest athlete ever, right in the middle of his prime, basically ready to leave it all behind for a military life.”

Virgin's customer service training supervisor Richard Fitzgerald says Upper Class passengers pay $10,000 for their London to NYC tickets. "The crew are now trained to whisper at tones between 20 and 30 decibels due to its calming effect and the fact that it won't disturb other passengers whilst lights are out. Meryl Streep plans to place her latest Oscar in the bathroom. She tells UGO News, "I think awards in the bathroom is a good idea as it gives a chance for friends and guests to have their own private acceptance speech when they pay a visit, but I think with three Oscars I can afford to spread them around the house or maybe rotate them a little!"

Lindsay Lohan tells NBC that hosting SNL this weekend is the first step in repairing her reputation. "I think that that's gonna take—I think that takes time. And I think that it's actions. Because people can say things all they want, but I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself, you know, with SNL, being on time, being, you know, keeping my—can't say the word—but stuff together."

Megan Fox says she wants kids with Brian Austin Green. ''I want at least two, probably three [kids]. I've always been maternal. I truly feel like he's my soul mate. We've had obstacles, and we've overcome them. I don't want to sound corny or clich?, but I do believe that we are destined to live this part of our lives together. I didn't know who he was. I was too young for 'Beverly Hills, 90210'. 'But the first time I saw him, I got butterflies. And the first time he casually touched me? There was so much electricity.''

Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend, Justin Theroux, tells Metro he is a pot smoker. "I’m into discovering stuff about myself – or smoking more pot. I cry when I smoke pot. It takes me to all the s*** that happened in my childhood."

Paula Abdul plans to return to TV. She says, "I will definitely be returning to television. I am in the middle of many network meetings, and I'm being pitched a whole bunch of different ideas. He wants to take her abroad and do it properly – it now all depends on her schedule.”

Adele says '21' is based on her drunken diary entries. ''I started drinking again. I'd been off it for six months but once I started I'd get drunk and end up admitting things to myself in my diary. 'Later, when I was sober, I'd read through it all. The songs, the emotions, were all in there.''

Kelly Clarkson says she used a malfunctioning teleprompter to sing the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. "They didn't do it right... I'd sing the line and it would come up with a delay. I was like, 'Now it's messing me up!' so then I shut my eyes. You'd have thought the lyrics were on my eyelids, I had my eyes shut the whole time."

Taylor Swift has recorded a song with R&B star B.o.B. He says they first met when she was performing in Atlanta. “She actually got my number, and she hit me up and was like, ‘Hey Bob, I know this is kind of random, but it’s Taylor Swift'. We are shocked, SHOCKED! that the online dating service, AshleyMadison.com, findsWashington, D-C to be the best city for cheating on your spouse. AshleyMadison pitches itself as an online place for people looking to cheat on their significant other, so they just tally up which city has the most members per capita, and that'd be the nation's capital, with 38-thousand members.

Website founder NOEL BIDERMAN says Washington tops out because successful, powerful men and women in politics "are massive risk takers willing to transfer that risk-taking to their personal lives."   And, he adds, "The more successful you are, the more prone to cheating you are and Washington is full of successful people looking for something outside their marriage."

Nationwide, the site has 13 million members.

The top 10 cheatin' cities:
10. Phoenix
 9. Salt Lake City
 8. Oklahoma City
 7. Pittsburgh
 6. Boston
 5.Chicago
 4. Dallas
 3. Orlando
 2. San Antonio
 1. Washington

Good to see Salt Lake City and Oklahoma City on that list. I was beginning to worry that the Mormons and the Rick Santorum supportin' part of the country had lost their touch.

--The newspaper reporting this story asks readers in an online poll: Have you ever cheated on a partner? Have said yes, half said no. So if you ain't the one cheatin' --ya follow my drift here? Good. I can explain it in greater detail over drinks tonight at my place.

--Of course it'd be Washington D-C, the place that screws 300 million people every day.

--Must be why we needed all that expensive stimulus.
