School Needs To Change: Nebraska's Grand Island Public Schools is demanding that 3 year-old Hunter Spanjer change the way he signs his name. He is deaf and makes a hand gesture that resembles a gun. Hunter's father, Brian Spanjer, says, "He's deaf, and his name sign, they say, is a violation of their weapons policy. It's a symbol. It's an actual sign, a registered sign, through S.E.E.''

A source revealed to RadarOnline that the person in possession of the video has been secretly shopping it around to see how much it’s worth. The far-from-tame footage apparently features Harry partying naked with women in the Vegas hotel room. “If the video goes public this could be the biggest Royal scandal ever,” the source said.

Oprah Winfrey topped Forbes’ annual list of the 20 highest-earning celebs for the fourth year in a row. Even though Winfrey ended her long-running talk show last year and her OWN network has been struggling financially, she still managed to make an estimated $165 million! He production company, which produces shows like Dr. Phil and Rachael Ray, plus her magazine and satellite radio station, helped her stay on top. Director Michael Bay was second on the list with $160 million. And rounding out the top five: Steven Spielberg with $130 million; Jerry Bruckheimer with $115 million; and Dr. Dre with $110 million. LINDS DENYING SHE STOLE FROM PAL/CHARGES DROPPED!

Lindsay Lohan is denying that she stole $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses from a pal’s house. She claims she’s being framed and the real culprit is a man claiming to be Suge Knight’s son, Andrew Knight. Just when you thought Lindsay’s life couldn’t get any more bizarre. Lindsay’s pal – and the alleged theft victim – Sam Magid told cops Monday that he was in touch with Knight and another one of Lindsay’s friends. The two said the night of the theft, Lindsay had handed them a bag with a few of the stolen items wrapped in her t-shirt. The men returned the items to Magid. Magid also said he was in touch with Lindsay, who told claimed she had hidden some of the other stolen items around the house because she was afraid they would be stolen by burglars. She also apparently confessed she was on Ambien at the time, so the details of that night were hazy. Confusing enough for you?

Update: Charges have been dropped against Lindsay due to lack of evidence. Still doesn't make the details any less crazy.

TONY SCOTT CREMATED/SCHOLARSHIP SET UP IN HIS HONOR

Director Tony Scott has been cremated, his death certificate revealed Monday. His remains will be kept by his widow at their Los Angeles-area home. The document did not include a formal determination of Scott’s cause of death. Coroner’s officials expect it will take several weeks to finalize their investigation, but they’re treating the case as a probable suicide. The Top Gun filmmaker jumped from a Los Angeles bridge on August 19^th. His family also revealed Monday that they have created a memorial scholarship at the American Film Institute to help future filmmakers and honor his creative legacy.

SHIA DROPPED ACID FOR NEW FILM!

Shia LaBeouf has become quite the intense Method actor. First, he said he’d be fine with having real sex in Lars Von Trier’s new film. Now, he’s admitting to USA Today that he actually dropped acid for another movie he recently shot, The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman. He did it so he could better relate to a scene where his character takes the drug. While it may have added realism to the film, LaBeouf also said it made him hard to manage. "Sometimes, it does get real," he said. "Too real for a [director] who's trying to keep a diplomatic set."

REAL HOUSEWIFE'S HUSBAND FILES FOR DIVORCE!

It seems Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof's marriage is beyond saving. Her husband, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Paul Nassif, has filed for divorce. Nassif cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and has requested joint legal and physical custody of their kids, Gavin, 9, and twin Christian and Collin, 6. Maloof and Nassif, both 50, were married in 2002.

Justin Bieber is coming to X Factor! The Biebs has agreed to be one of four celebrity mentors assigned to help out one of the four judges – Simon Cowell, LA Reid, Britney Spears and Demi Lovato. Bieber has reportedly signed on to work with LA Reid. It’s not yet known who the other celebrity mentors will be.

ROB AND KRISTEN TO MEET IN PERSON?

Could reconciliation be in the works for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart? A source told Look magazine that the estranged Twilight lovers have agreed to meet up after having spoken on the phone for over an hour. On their emotional phone call, Stewart begged Rob to take her back and pleaded with him trust her again. Stewart is apparently desperate for Pattinson’s forgiveness – and she just might get it. According to the source, Pattinson feels sorry for her and is ready to speak to her face to face about everything that has happened. Last month, it was revealed that she had cheated on him with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Even if Stewart and Pattinson meet up, they won’t be moving back in together.An insider confirmed to Us Weekly that Pattinson is "selling" the Los Feliz home that he shared with Stewart because it “has too many memories.”
