A new survey by AshleyMadison.com, the dating site for married people, reveals that 90% of people, who find out their partners have cheated, get revenge by having their own fling. Other findings:

- “being in a sexless relationship' is the biggest reason for infidelity followed by 'revenge' and 'feeling neglected'

- women (57%) are more likely than men (43%) to have a revenge fling

Junkyard Dog: New Yorker Harry Ettling recently held a funeral for his 1982 Honda Civic. 'Bluey' had 170,000 miles and was honored by a Dixieland band before being loaded onto a flatbed for a ride to the junkyard. Harry says, "Everybody in the neighborhood knows this car. People have come up to me and said, 'Ever since I was a little toddler, I've been seeing this car on the street.' And that's a beautiful thing. SHARON QUITS AGT OVER JACK SNUB!

Sharon Osbourne hinted last month that she wasn’t coming back to America’s Got Talent next season and now we know why.   The 59-year-old told the New York Post she has quit the NBC competition because the network fired her son Jack from Stars Earn Stripes right after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. “I just can’t be fake,” said Sharon. “It’s discrimination and it was badly handled. It’s time to move on.”   While Jack had not signed a deal for Stars Earn Stripes when he announced his diagnosis, he was in talks with the network about doing the program. But after he revealed his MS, he simply got an email saying, “regretfully we cannot move forward with Jack’s participation.” Sharon said the network offered to pay Jack his full appearance fee, but “he didn’t want the money. He wanted his gig. It gave him something to look forward to when he was diagnosed.” Sharon is still under contract with NBC for AGT, but she doesn’t care. “They can’t make me do something I don’t want to do,” she said. “All they can do is stop me from being a judge on another network for five years.” NBC later responded to Sharon's accusation, insisting they did not discrimiate against Jack. Sorry, her career is over. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn't happen to a bigger **** (rhymes with hunt),” he said. “If Madonna had any common sense she would have made a record like Ray of Light and stayed away from the dance stuff and just been a great pop singer and make great pop records, which she does brilliantly. Levi Johnston tells TMZ he plans to fight Bristol Palin for custody of their son Tripp. Levi is said to be “disgusted” by his son’s behavior, and is citing Bristol’s reality show Life’s A Tripp as an example of how she lets their four-year-old run wild. In a recent episode, Tripp was heard calling his aunt Willow the F-word, with Bristol admitting, “I’m doing a terrible job of disciplining Tripp.” Levi tells TMZ his son “deserves a better family,” and went to the Wasilla, Alaska court house to get the paperwork he needed to file for full custody of the toddler.  Said Levi, “I love my son more than anything…and I will do whatever it takes to make sure he is raised the right way.”

Robert Pattinson came out of hiding Friday, his first public appearance since it was revealed his girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheated on him. ROSS’ DARK KNIGHT RISES JOKE CUT FROM ROSEANNE ROAST!

Comedian Jeff Ross went a bit too far during the Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne, which taped over the weekend. Ross came in dressed asJerry Sandusky flanked by two topless young boys, and proceeded to crack jokes about the Aurora, Colorado tragedy.  When talking to actor Seth Green (who has red hair), Ross said, “Seth, congratulations. This is actually a great night for you ... you haven’t gotten this much attention since you shot all those people in Aurora. ... I’m kidding. You are not like James Holmes. At least he did something in a movie theater that people remember!” Needless to say, Comedy Central wasn’t happy, and a producer has confirmed to TMZ the joke will be cut out of the show’s August 12^th broadcast.

FEDERLINE BLAMES GOLF BALLS FOR HOUSE DAMAGE!

Kevin Federline is being sued by his former landlord, who claims Britney Spears’ ex caused more than $110,000 in damages to his Los Angeles mansion.   Landlord Joseph Malek says K-Fed trashed the place and never paid for any of the damages, but in recently filed legal documents, K-Fed denied the accusation. He claims the “damages to the home were actually due to normal wear and tear, and other damages were caused by golf balls hitting the property.” Federline also argues that back in 2009, he and Malek made a deal, in which K-Fed paid $60,000 to cover missing back rent and let Malek keep his security deposit to settle all outstanding disputes. Kevin is now seeking the return of twice the amount of his security deposit, plus attorney’s fees.

● Lifetime has ordered a new competition series headlined by Dance Mom’sAbby Lee Miller. Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition will have a dozen dancers, made up of girls and boys ages 6-13, competing for a $100,000 prize and a scholarship to the Young Dancer Program at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York. The contestants will be judged not only by Miller, but by Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin, and celebrity choreographer Richard Jackson. Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition will premiere in the fall.

MISCELLANEOUS MOVIE NEWS!

● The cast of the upcoming Scary Movie 5 will unite two of Hollywood’s biggest trainwrecks. According to E!, Lindsay Lohan is expected to appear in the movie, as is Charlie Sheen. This won’t be Charlie’s first Scary Movie. He was actually killed off in Scary Movie 4. One person who won’t be in the fifth installment is Anna Faris, who starred in the first four films. Scary Movie 5 is due in theaters January 11, 2013.

● Warner Bros. announced yesterday that Baz Luhrmann’s 3D take on The Great Gatsby has been pushed back to summer 2013. The film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, was originally supposed to come out over the holiday season.
