   ALFRED HITCHCOCK's "Vertigo" has been awarded the title as "greatest film of all time" in a well-regarded survey, often referred to as "The List."
   In a ranking of the top 50 films, "Sight & Sound," the magazine published by the British Film Institute, says the 1958 movie with JIMMY STEWART and KIM NOVAK got the most votes among 846 international film critics --by a convincing margin: 191 to 157. "Citizen Kane" had been atop the once-a-decade survey since 1962.

   Rounding out the top five: "Tokyo Story," "La Règle du jeu," and "Sunrise: A Song for Two Humans." Chances are good that many people haven't even heard of "Vertigo" or "Citizen Kane," let alone these three films, all of which are foreign (made in Japan, France and Germany, respectively). A new survey by the Captivate Network, a digital media company, reveals that workers, who watch or stream the Olympics at work cost employers a combined $650 million in lost productivity. Other findings:

CUBA GOODING ARREST WARRANT DROPPED!

Cuba Gooding Jr. is a wanted man no more! According to a rep for the actor, his arrest warrant in New Orleans has been dropped. Cuba met with police yesterday morning and apparently sorted things out. An arrest warrant had been issued for him for allegedly roughing up a female bartender at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street early Tuesday morning. The bartender claimed Cuba had become agitated at several bar patrons for taking his photo and cussed them out. She asked him to leave, and that’s when she claims he roughed her up. A rep for the restaurant said the bartender had decided not to press charges.
