- Almost 20 percent of third graders have cell phones.
   That's according to a 2011 study of 20,766 Massachusetts elementary, middle, and high school students. By the time the kids reach fifth grade, 39 percent of the kids have cell phones, and phone saturation is nearly complete by middle school, when more than 83 percent of the students have one.

That Sinking Feeling: The Titanic memorial cruise that set sail over the weekend has encountered more bad luck. The MS Balmoral was delayed by 30 foot waves and then was re-routed after a passenger became severely ill. A helicopter has been sent to retrieve the passenger. The MS Balmoral is traveling to the same waters where the Titanic sunk in 1912. The crew is serving the Titanic's menu. Many passengers boarded the ship in period costumes. They came dressed as first class passengers, crew and steerage passengers. There will be a special memorial service for the Titanic's passengers on April 14th and 15th. On April 14, 1912, the Titanic hit an iceberg. On April 15, 1912, the Titanic sunk. Some cruise tickets cost as much as $9,520. The MS Balmoral is carrying some relatives of the Titanic passengers.

Titanic Meal: A Houston restaurant, named Cullens, is commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Titanic disaster by offering the same 10-course meal that was served to first-class passengers the night the ship went down. A bottle of 1900 Armagnac brandy will also be served. The dinner for 12 costs $12,000.
