Disney announced on Tuesday that they are constructing an "Avatar" theme park as part of its Animal Kingdom in Orlando with plans to roll out the attractions at
other locations. According to Disney CEO Bob Iger, park-goers will "enter the Avatar universe and explore it first-hand." Construction will begin in 2013 with
plans to open sometime after the Avatar sequels which will be released Christmas of 2014 and 2015.
Illusionist Criss Angel has become engaged to girlfriend, Sandra Gonzalez. Angel reportedly popped the question while the couple was vacationing in Cabo San
Lucas, Mexico, earlier this month. Gonzalez is now sporting a 5-carat diamond in a setting that Angel himself designed with New York jeweler Idayne Kaye.

Rosie O'Donnell has just plunked down a hefty sum for a place to live in Chicago. The 5 bedroom, 6,000 square foot home, listed at $2.5 million, also
comes with a heated, three-car garage, a sports bar and a house full of furniture.
For those who actually still follow Paris Hilton, you'll be thrilled to know that the cocaine case against her has been closed. A Las Vegas judge said he
was happy that Paris did more community service hours than necessary. She has also paid $2,000 in fines and successfully completed an "intensive" substance
abuse program, so the case is closed.
"Two and a Half Men" featuring the death of Charlie and introducing Walden, the new character played by Ashton Kutcher was watched by 27.8 viewers on Monday night. To put that number in context: that single episode was seen by more people than any game of last year’s World Series, more than the college
basketball finals, and more than the title game in the National Basketball Association finals. It was the most watched episode of any comedy on television
since the final episode of "Everybody Loves Raymond" in 2005.
Charlie Sheen was also alive and kicking on Twitter Monday night. Social media monitoring company Visible Technologies counted more than twice as many tweets
about Charlie Sheen's roast when compared to those about "Two and a Half Men".
The American Family Association affiliate OneMillionMoms is calling on activists to boycott Ben & Jerry’s after being disgusted with the company’s new "Schweddy Balls" ice cream based on a raunchy "Saturday Night Live" sketch. "The vulgar new flavor has turned something as innocent as ice cream into something repulsive" the AFA writes in an e-mail. The group hopes that if enough people protest, the company will not issue another run of the batch when this one sells out.
So why is Regis Philbin leaving "Live With Regis & Kelly"? It apparently all comes down to money. Multiple industry insiders say that Philbin balked at
taking a significant pay cut from show producer Buena Vista TV, and decided to walk from the show when his contract expired. Philbin was reportedly pulling
down over $21 million a year in a deal he signed in 2008. Philbin isn’t retiring, and has said that he’s already taped a reality show pilot in LA.
"Live" will use a rotating roster of co-hosts until choosing his replacement.
Tiger Woods, now the world’s 49th ranked golfer is facing a new issue. His gorgeous ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, is reportedly making plans to walk down the
isle with another man. According to the National Enquirer, Tiger had hoped his family could be together again sometime down the line. Nordegren’s romance with
her investment banker boyfriend Jamie Dingman has heated up. He's also bonded with her and Tiger's two children, Sam and Charlie. Nordegren and Woods split
in late 2009 after it was revealed that he had a long string of affairs with various women. The pair finalized their divorce in August 2010, leaving
Nordegren with a reported $100 million settlement.
Tony Bennett appeared on a New York radio show on Monday to promote his upcoming "Duets II" album but ended up talking about 9/11. Bennett is a WWII vet but
anti-war. "Are we the terrorists or are they the terrorists? Two wrongs don't make a right" he said. Bennett continued: "They flew the plane in, but we caused
it. Because we were bombing them and they told us to stop."
