Journey guitarist Neal Schon, who Michaela Salahi left her husband for, married 1986 Playboy Playmate Ava Fabian just TWO MONTHS AGO! She claims she was with her husband just before he went on tour and never suspected a thing. Ava and Neal got married in Paris in July and the whole band was there. TMZ asked if
she'll ever consider taking Neal back and she said "No." In the meantime, Tareq Salahi has officially filed for divorce, and claims he has been humiliated in
the extreme by Michaele and her lover.  He claims that Schon even sent him a photo of his penis.  Tareq is citing adultery and abandonment as the reason for
the divorce. Tareq says the couple has a prenup.   Tareq has been banned from all Journey concerts.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was mouthing off after his controversial knockout of Victor Ortiz the other night, so he started one ... with an 80-year-old sportscaster!
During the post-fight interview, Floyd started screaming at HBO's Larry Merchant, getting up in his face and yelling, "You never give me a fair shake.
HBO need to fire you. You don't know s**t about boxing. You ain't s**t! You're not s**t!" But Merchant didn't back down, getting in the final words when he
said, "I wish I was 50 years younger and I'd kick your a**."

Lindsay Lohan lost her cell phone last week and she's very lucky that the person who found it wasn't a hacker and didn't care about all her personal photos and
phone numbers. The actress lost the phone in New York City, as she left the V magazine party at the Boom Boom Room. Luckily, someone who worked next door to
the venue, spotted the lost phone and took it home.  He discovered it was Lindsey's phone and returned it. He didn't ask for a reward and she didn't give
him one.  

Soccer star David Beckham and his wife Victoria may have their hands full with four children, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, Cruz, 6, and newborn Harper Seven, born in July. But David told Ellen Degeneres on Friday that the couple might want to have another child.  The couple has always said they wanted a big family.  Not to mention that Beckham loves the number seven.  Seven is David's soccer number and they consider it very lucky.  Ellen teased him that with five kids and two adults they would be a family of seven. "What can say?" Beckham laughed. "I love the number seven."

Jill Zarin, Alex McCord, Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop, of the Real Housewives of New York City, have not been asked back for season five.  The Bravo network says that the split was "friendly". Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan and LuAnn DeLesseps will be returning.

Frances Bay, who tussled with Jerry Seinfeld over a loaf of marble rye and played Adam Sandler's grandmother in "Happy Gilmore" has died after being
diagnosed with pneumonia. She was 92.  Bay got her start as a radio actress during WWII.  She got married and left the entertainment business until 1970.  
She also played Fonzie's Grandma Nussbaum on "Happy Days" and kindly older ladies iT shows like "The Jeffersons,""The Dukes of Hazzard" and "Who's the
Boss?" She has no immediate survivors.

Scarlet Johansson’s legal team threatened to sue a small tabloid web site that published naked photos of the actress. The letter accuses RumorFix of "invasion
of privacy and tortuous conducts" and demanded that it remove the photographs immediately from its site. The letter states that RumorFix noted on its website
that the "photos have been leaked"  and according to various reports, ScarJo’s camp wants the FBI to launch an investigation into the leak as they believe it
was part of a criminal act." After receiving the letter, RumorFix removed the photos from its site.

Turner Classic Movies will pay tribute to the life and career of actor Cliff Robertson today with a movie marathon of seven of his most memorable films.
Robertson, whose film career spanned more than half a century, died last Saturday, one day after his 88th birthday.

Singer/songwriter John Mayer has been diagnosed with a condition called granuloma, which is an inflamed nodule near his vocal cords.  Mayer had been
monitoring the nodule for months, but the condition did not improve, so he is now forced to cancel his upcoming concerts, plus, his new album, "Born and
Raised" has been delayed while the artist recuperates. Mayer tweeted "Until then I'll be spending time writing and composing more music and kicking an empty soup
can around the West Village."
