Alyssa Milano and husband David Bugliari welcomed a 7 pound baby boy on
Wednesday. The couple have named him Milo Thomas. The "Charmed" star herself
twittered the good news saying she loves her son "more than all the leaves on
all the trees." This is the first child for the couple. They married in 2009
after dating for three years.
After dropping $6.9 million on a Beverly Hills mansion, singer, Rihanna is
furious that the place is a "leaky piece of crap" and is suing the seller for
lying to her about the condition of the home. She has filed a formal lawsuit in
L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the seller knew about all sorts of problems
with the home but withheld the information. According to the documents,
Rihanna's home was hit by a "moderate rainstorm" in January 2010 ... but because
of the defects, water leaked into multiple rooms ... causing some serious
damage. Rihanna says "the actual value of the property at the time of purchase,
taking into consideration the extensive construction defects ... was worth
millions of dollars less" than the price she paid for it. Rihanna is now suing
the former owner ... along with the inspector, the real estate agents involved
with the sale, and engineers who worked on the house.
After all that noise between Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva, Mel's baby mama
walked away with less money than she would have had she just accepted the
actor's first offer. According to TMZ, the original 2010 settlement was worth
$15 million. At the time, Oksana said she would not go through with the
settlement because she felt Mel was a danger to their daughter Lucia and
believed Mel should not have unsupervised contact with the child. (read "holding
out for more money) Now that a final settlement has been reached, rather than
getting $15 million, Oksana is only getting $750k and Mel is actually getting
MORE unsupervised visitation than what was originally offered.
An arbitrator in Charlie Sheen's lawsuit against "Two and a Half Men" creator
Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. just denied the studio a request for a gag order in
the court case. So what that means is that we will be able to hear every single
juicy detail as the case unfolds. Both Sheen and Warner Bros. will be free to
discuss the case with the media while it's being settled. Currently, both sides
are beginning depositions and getting their cases in order. Sheen claims he was
fired because Lorre had personal issues with him. Warner Bros. says Sheen was
unable to perform his acting duties on the show because he was out of control.

Armstrong wonders if there was a criminal motivation for the suicides. Schram
shot himself in the head, the day after Russell's body was found hanging from
electrical chord at a friend's house in Los Angeles on August 15th. Taylor is

and putting aside things that she thinks are out of the norm.
NFL wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has always been entertaining and over the top.
His latest attention getter is that he and fiance Evelyn Lozada have installed a
fish tank headboard for their bed. This one-of-a-kind piece of furniture was
designed by Brett Raymer and Wayde King, brothers-in-law who started Acrylic
Tank Manufacturing, which is the largest aquarium manufacturer in the U.S. The
brothers also have a new reality show, "Tanked," on Animal Planet. Evelyn
tweeted, "Tank is very quiet. What's even more crazy is that there are a group
of fish that watch the TV lol."

A new Facebook game encourages players to engage in legally questionable virtual
activities. But this is not some back room, shady feature, it's a bona fide,
officially licensed, television series tie-in product. Weeds Social Club offers
players the opportunity to grow, sell, and otherwise get into the drug business
with some assistance from the cast of the Showtime television series "Weeds". In
the game, you play a down-and-out character having some serious money issues.
Members of the cast give you a lesson on how to grow, harvest, store, and
distribute your pot. After that you are free to grow your business. You can also
interact with other players who participate in the game.
Jennifer Lopez's soon to be ex-husabnd, Marc Anthony has spoken out for the
first time about his divorce and what happened to their marriage. "I'll tell you
that it wasn't something sensationalistic happening," Anthony said to ABC News'
John Quinones. He also shot down any rumors that stated the pair's seven-year
relationship ended with each of them getting involved in separate affairs,
saying that is "absolutely not" the case and that their union simply no longer
"worked." "These things happen," he said. "It was a decision that we made
jointly." The ABC interview will be played in part today during "Good Morning
America" and then continued on "Nightline".
Tennis star Venus Williams has withdrawn from the US Open tennis championship
saying she's suffering from an autoimmune disease. Williams, 31, said she is
suffering from Sjögren's Syndrome, an autoimmune disorder that causes fatigue
and joint pain. According to the Sjögren's Syndrome Foundation website, the
disease affects some 4 million Americans, and nine out of ten patients are
women. The symptoms include dry eyes and dry mouth and it may also cause
dysfunction to such organs as kidneys, gastrointestinal system, blood vessels,
lungs, liver, pancreas, and the central nervous system. Williams says she wishes
she could continue, but is thankful to finally have a diagnosis so she can
concentrate on getting better and returning to the court soon.

Falconer. They were married from 1992 to 2004.
Jessica is originally from Marietta, GA! I am probably one of the only real "Atlantans" left! I love Atlanta because there is always something going on, and it's just close enough to the beach to get away for a weekend.
