First Lady Michelle Obama has revealed that she lets her kids watch "Keeping Up
With The Kardashians" even though her husband, the president of the United
States isn't happy about it! Michelle told iVillage.com that Sasha and Malia,
are only allowed to watch TV on the weekends and they take that opportunity to
spend Sunday nights watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians.  Barak says he
doesn't think the girls should watch the show, while Michelle says she's more
concerned with how the girls take it in and "if they're learning the right
lessons, like, that was crazy, then I'm like, okay."

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s twins, Monroe and Moroccan will be making their
first television appearance this Friday.  The twins, almost six months old, will
be presented to the world on ABC’s "20/20" this Friday, as Barbara Walters
interviews their parents about pregnancy and marriage.

Life and Style magazine is reporting that Bachelorette, Ashley Hebert, will not
be converting to Judaism for fiance, JP Rosenbaum.  While she is curious about
the faith and enjoyed spending Rosh Hashana with the family, switching her
religion isn't going to happen.   JP says he loves Ashley and that while his
family traditions are very important to him, he loves her for who she is and "if
she wants to convert, great, but it doesn't matter to me."  JP says he's happier
than he's ever been and says their love is going to last.

Soulja Boy was arrested early Tuesday morning after an officer pulled over their
Escalade because a light on the vehicle was out.  Again, as always seems to
happen in these celebrity cases, as the officer approached, they could smell the
strong odor of marijuana.  During a search of the vehicle, officers found a
briefcase they believe belonged to the 21 year old rap star.  Inside they found
a "substantial amount" of weed and a firearm.  All five men were taken to a near
by police station and booked for marijuana possession and a gun charge.  The
guys all posted bond and were released.

Crystal Harris went ahead and did it.  She ended up selling the $90,000 diamond
engagement ring that Hugh Hefner had given her for a fraction of the original
selling price.  An unidentified buyer scooped up the 3.39 carat ring (with taxes
and fees) for a total of $47,500.  Which ended up being a pretty good price
because the auction house dealing with the sale thought the ring would fetch
only about $20 grand.

The battle between Halle Berry and baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry continues to be
bitter.  Aubry had requested that he be able to have visitation with his
daughter alone and not be constantly supervised by Nahla's nanny. Halle opposed
the change and a judge supported her wishes.  Gabriel is reportedly angry and
believe the nanny is ruining his relationship with his daughter.

The path of destruction continues to follow Paul McCartney's ex, Heather Mills.
Mills is being sued by her former hair stylist, David Paul, who says Mills
stiffed him on his fees.  He says that starting in 2005, Mills often hired him
at his out-of-shop rate of $5,000-per-day.  He was supposed to help her in her
quest to become a celebrity in the U.S. The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior
Court, claims that Mills told him she couldn't afford to pay him up front, but
promised she'd deliver the green when McCartney gave her money. David claims
Mills used his services at least 20 times ... but never paid up, even after she
received a multi-million dollar divorce settlement from McCartney. avid says
Mills began to avoid him in 2008, after he made several requests for his
paychecks ... which totaled $80,000. He wants his cash and punitive damages.

Bristol Palin will be celebrating her 21st birthday by going caribou hunting
with her mom....

Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith have teamed up with a group of investors
to buy the financially troubled Philadelphia 76ers, Smith's hometown team. The
Smiths joined  a group headed up by New York billionaire Joshua Harris that
forked over a pretty penny for the team. 76ers guard Evan Turner tweeted: "think
it's dope that the fresh prince is one of our new owners. Maybe willow can
perform at halftime."

Bette Midler is auctioning off dozens of pieces from her iconic wardrobe in
November, with proceeds to benefit the New York Restoration Project. Highlights
of the auction include the famed mermaid dress, which Midler wore during her
recent run at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Las Vegas; a black-and-white
Valentino and various other stage costumes designed by Bob Mackie. There will
also be headdresses, stage sets, sketches, good records, art and jewelry. The
auction takes place at Julien’s Auctions in Beverly Hills on November 12th. The
collection will be on display for the public beginning on October 31st. The New
York Restoration Project is an organization she founded in 1995 that helps
beautify New York City's parks and open spaces.

The government-owned General Motors may soon be partnering with Hollywood to
encourage speeding, drunk driving, and general mayhem. Insiders tell Vulture.com
that the world's second-largest carmaker is in discussions about backing an
update of The Cannonball Run in a deal that would be much larger than your
average product placement. With this deal, a new "Run" could double as a big,
two-hour demonstration of GM's new cars. If the GM deal comes through, it’ll
show just how far product placement has come.
