Javier Bardem, who won an Oscar for portraying Anton Chigurh in "No Country for Old Men," will return to his evil roots in the new James Bond movie. Bardem's involvement in the 23rd Bond flick marks the second time an actor with an Oscar on the shelf has portrayed a Bond villain. The first was Christopher Walken as Max Zorin in the 1985 Roger Moore Bond flick "A View to Kill." The title of the film has not been announced yet.

Monday's debut of the "The Rosie Show" on the Oprah Winfrey network pretty much bombed. Even comic, Russell Brand, wasn't able to help bring in any more than 497,000 total viewers. It's O'Donnell's first talk show since she left ABC's "The View" in 2007. "Oprah's Lifeclass" with Winfrey discussing insights learned over her years as a talk host -- opened even worse, with just 333,000 viewers.
Courtney Cox and her ex but still producing partner, David Arquette, are developing a new ensemble cast comedy called, "Ten Years". The program will explore the ups and downs of relationships among a group of friends spanning 10 years. (Hey Courtney, doesn't that sound vaguely familiar? Duh-Friends! Call it..."Old Friends")
Actress and filmmaker Penny Marshall, who starred as the tough-talking Laverne in hit TV show "Laverne and Shirley" and become a pioneering female director, is releasing a memoir about her rise in Hollywood. Marshall, 68, has sold the rights to her autobiography, called "My Mother Was Nuts," directly to Amazon.com. The book will discuss her former 10-year marriage to fellow director Rob Reiner, her friendships with John Belushi and Art Garfunkel, and her battle with brain and lung cancer in 2009.
Tori Spelling is a mother again! She and her husband, Dean McDermott, welcomed their third child together, a baby girl named Hattie Margaret! The baby was born Monday morning. The couple chose to keep Hattie's gender a secret until the baby's birthday, saying they already have a boy (Liam, 4) and a girl (Stella, 3), so it will be a traditional surprise on the day. The couple's new season of their reality show, "Home Sweet Hollywood" premieres November 29th.

The film will begin production next summer.
San Francisco Giants fan Bryan Stow has, after six months, finally been released from the hospital after he was severely beaten in the Dodgers Stadium parking lot. Stow has been able to start talking with family members and friends. Doctors say Stow will continue his treatment at an undisclosed long-term rehabilitation facility. Doctors predict that his recovery will take years. Stow suffered severe brain injuries on March 31st after the Dodger's regular season opener against the Giants. Two suspects have been charged in the beating -- both have plead not guilty.

OMG! Jack Osbourne is going to be a daddy! The son of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne is expecting his first child with fiancée, Lisa Stelly. That means Sharon is finally going to be a grandmother and Ozzy will have five grandchildren! (four from a previous marriage) Jack broke the news Tuesday during a sit-down with his parents for Piers Morgan Tonight.
For a man with such privacy issues that he often covered his face and the faces of his children when they went out in public, its heartbreaking seeing the photo of a dead, naked Michael Jackson laying on an autopsy table made public on Tuesday at the Dr. Conrad Murray manslaughter trial. The photo, which had blacked out the singer's genital area, showed the singer's arm with the remnants of an IV hook-up and medical tape. The images were displayed during the testimony of forensic pathologist Christopher Rogers, who performed the autopsy and determined that Jackson died of a overdose of the anesthetic propofol. Rogers said he determined the cause of death was homicide because of the way Murray used propofol improperly and because it was implausible that Jackson administered the fatal level during the two minutes Murray says he stepped away.

Sixteen actors dressed as zombies during the filming of a new movie in the "Resident Evil" series were injured Tuesday when they fell from a platform. Toronto emergency medical spokesman Peter Macintyre said the victims' costumes made it difficult at first for crews to assess the severity of their REAL injuries. "I could see the look on the first paramedic, saying 'Oh my God,'" laughed Toronto emergency medical services Commander David Ralph. Victims suffered leg, back and arm injuries. Twelve were taken to a hospital. Officials said none of the injuries are considered life-threatening. The accident happened when actors had been filming a scene on a high wheeled platform. The platform moved as they were going to another platform, leaving a gap into which the zombies fell. Lead actress Milla Jovovich was not on set at the time of the accident.
