It's the last day on the air for Regis Philbin on his morning show, "Live with Regis and Kelly"...Last night's 20/20 featured Regis and Katie Couric going over where he grew up and his nearly 30 years of television.  He says his only regret is not hitting the big time until he was 50.

It's over for Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher.  The actress has announced she is filing for divorce from the "Two and A Half Men" star after six years of marriage.  Moore's statement, that strongly suggests Kutcher's sex scandal is to blame, says she's filing with "great sadness and a heavy heart...As a woman, a mother and a wife, there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."

Kutcher responded on Twitter saying, "I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK." The announcement comes after Kutcher reportedly had an affair with 23-year-old Sara Leal on what was Demi and Ashton's sixth wedding anniversary. This was Moore's third marriage. It will be Kutcher's first divorce.  

Thomas Brodnicki Selena Gomez' alleged stalker who was freed from jail Wednesday night has been placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold in what has become a desperate attempt to keep him away from the singer and actress. Police believe Brodnicki poses a real danger to Selena who says he's had conversations with God about killing her.  Brodnicki denies making that statement.  He says he just wants to touch her.  TMZ is reporting that law enforcement sources say they want to place Brodnicki in a conservatorship, and then ship him back to mental health officials in Illinois where he lives far away from Selena.

Zap2it.com is reporting that Los Angeles homicide detectives are re-opening the investigation into the death of Natalie Wood. The three-time Oscar-nominated actress drowned nearly 30 years on a yacht off Santa Catalina island while boating with her husband Robert Wagner and actor Christopher Walken.  Her death at the time was ruled an accident when it is thought she drunkenly slipped into the water and drown while trying to board a dinghy.  Reportedly new information about the event has been learned from the ship's captain, Dennis Davern.  Wood was 43 years old when she died. She was nominated for three Oscars for her work in "Rebel Without a Cause," "Splendor in the Grass," and "Love With the Proper Stranger." She is also well known for her portrayal of Maria in "West Side Story." The pallbearers for Natalie's funeral were Rock Hudson, Frank Sinatra, Laurence Olivier, Elia Kazan, Gregory Peck, David Niven, and Fred Astaire.

CBS has picked up two more cycles of "Survivor" for the 2012-13 season making it the 25th and 26th editions of the show, which debuted in the summer of 2000. Host and executive producer Jeff Probst will be back as well. The network says the second cycle of "Survivor" for this season will premiere Wednesday, February 15th.

The '60s British music group "Gerry and The Pacemakers" will embark on a farewell concert tour of the U.S. and Canada in 2012. The band is expected to return one final time to this side of the pond for concerts in July, August and September. Says his manager, "Gerry wants to thank all his fans for their wonderful support through the years." Signed by Beatles manager Brian Epstein in 1962, Gerry and The Pacemakers made their name with songs like "How Do You Do It," "I Like It," "Ferry Cross the Mersey," and "Don't Let the Sun Catch You Crying".

MTV will air a one-hour special honoring, Ryan Dunn, who died in a car accident earlier this year. The special, which will air November 28th, will give viewers a look at Dunn’s life from his early years in Ohio to his rise to become one of the stars of "Jackass" to his death.  The special will feature interviews with Johnny Knoxville, Rob Dyrdek, Wee Man, Chris Pontius, Jeff Tremaine and Bam Margera, among others.

Actor, Greg Kinnear is headed to ABC's hit show "Modern Family". Kinnear will play Tad, Phil Dunphy’s new business partner. Tad is described as a successful and athletic real estate broker, and Phil is extremely impressed by him. But Claire has quite the opposite impression of him.

"Clinton," a four-hour documentary on former President Bill Clinton will air on PBS in February. The PBS press release on the program begins: "From draft dodging to the Dayton Accords, from Monica Lewinsky to a balanced budget, the presidency of William Jefferson Clinton veered between sordid scandal and grand achievement." The first half airs 9-11pm Feb. 20th, and the second half 8-10pm Feb. 21st. It’s the 16th presidential profile from "American Experience," which has explored the lives of LBJ, Nixon, FDR, Carter, Reagan and George H.W. Bush.


World famous magician, David Copperfield will guest star as himself on the Disney Channels' "The Wizards of Waverly Place".  Copperfield will get caught up when Harper becomes Cinderella and magic starts to happen.

Actor, Steve Buscemi will be hosting SNL on December 3rd.  Musical guest will be The Black Keys.

NBC is going to celebrate Betty White's 90th birthday with a huge televised event. While the dinner/tribute to the star will be filmed in Los Angeles before the end of the year, NBC is expected to air the special close to Betty's actual January 17th birthday.

Jerry Seinfeld, a devout Mets fan who has a box at Citi Field and annually attends spring training, named his family's new Dachshund, "Jose" after Jose Reyes. Seinfeld told David Letterman: "You want to know why the dog is named Jose? The dog is named Jose because I feel like we may lose Jose Reyes, and we're trying to keep a Jose. Because I'm a Met fan. It's actually my wife's idea, which is why I love my wife -- she comes up with ideas like this. That's a marriage right there, a wife that says, 'Let's name a dog after the Mets' outgoing shortstop.' That keeps the love alive."
