Wrestler, Macho Man Randy Savage died Friday in a car accident in Seminole, Florida. Randy's brother, Lanny Poffo, says Randy suffered a heart attack while he was behind the wheel around 9:30 in the morning and lost control of his vehicle. The 58 year old, whose catchphrase was, "Ooooooh Yeaahhhhh" had been in wrestling since 1985. Florida Highway Patrol reports Savage was driving his 2009 Jeep Wrangler when he veered across a concrete median, through oncoming traffic and "collided head-on with a tree. Savage's wife was a passenger in the vehicle during the collision -- but survived with "minor injuries." The couple celebrated their first wedding anniversary earlier in the month. Both were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the accident. An autopsy was performed on Sunday but cause of death is still pending.

In a bit of a surprise, it appears that retired boxer Oscar De La Hoya has been in a California rehab facility for much of the month of May. The 38-year-old is seeking help for substance abuse of some sort. "After doing an honest evaluation of myself, I recognize that there are certain issues that I need to work on," De La Hoya says in a statement. What makes this all interesting is that according to the New York Post, De La Hoya retweeted a photo of himself and a testimonial about Tres Generaciones tequila...

"Lost" star Evangeline Lilly, has given birth to her first child..a boy! The 31-year-old and boyfriend Norman Kali were photographed toting their newborn at a supermarket, and though no details have been released about their new bundle of joy, US Weekly reports that it's a boy. Lilly and Kali met on the set of "Lost," where he worked as a production assistant.

Actress, Sara Rue got married on Saturday in Malibu to her fiancee, Kevin Price. US Weekly reported that reception included beer pong tables! The couple actually met while playing beer pong. You have to realize, however, these were not the college frat kind of pong tables...they were "beautifully decorated and the nets were made out of flowers". Rue and Price, who is a teacher, have been engaged since 2009.

Nice summer job, if you can get it..TMZ got their hands on a copy of the contract all Idol finalists had to sign before going on the tour which spells out hat they earn. In addition to the $1,000-per-concert, each finalist gets a piece of the merchandise sales, along with a $50 per diem for non-concert days. Finalists are also guaranteed to stay in "Marriott/Hyatt style" hotel accommodations and will fly coach between tour stops. The tour wraps up in September.

According to Dr. Drew Pinsky, his former "Celebrity Rehab" patient, Jeff Conaway, is not doing so well in the hospital. While he was heading for recovery from pneumonia, he has developed sepsis, which is very dangerous and his condition is tenuous. Jeff needs all the help and well-wishes he can get, tweets Pinsky. A rep for the actor says that it was "the use of painkillers and prescription drugs", not an overdose, that led to Conaway being found unconscious in his home.

Kate Gosselin has been ordered to pay more than $10,000 to a Pennsylvania marriage therapist whom she allegedly hired to help her and Jon through one of their many rough patches back in 2009. Kate keeps insisting that John is the one who should be taking care of the bill, since it was his therapist. Kate said that she had hired her own private counselor to help her through the difficult and public breakup and that Lafair's services had been rendered only to Jon Kate's attorney has filed an appeal.

After a brief engagement, actress Ginnifer Goodwin has split from actor Joey Kern. The former Big Love star, 32, and Kern, 34, reportedly broke up a few weeks ago.The actors were engaged last December after they were set up by a mutual friend...

Academy Award-winning songwriter, Joseph Brooks, was found dead Sunday of an apparent suicide in his Manhattan apartment. Brooks, 73, was awaiting trial on charges of molesting women who were lured to his apartment for supposed acting auditions. Brooks was found with a plastic dry-cleaning bag around his head and a towel wrapped around his neck. A hose attached to a helium tank was hooked up to the bag. Police said a suicide note was found but they didn't reveal its contents. Brooks won the Academy Award for best original song for the 1977 Debby Boone ballad "You Light Up My Life" and directed a related movie. He also won a Grammy for the song.

British comedian and actor Russell Brand, was departed from Japan after arriving in the country to see his wife, Katy Perry, perform. He was detained due to prior incidents that occurred over ten years ago. Brand posted a series of messages and photos on his own Twitter account. "Planning escape from Japanese custody. It's bloody hard to dig a tunnel with a chopstick," he wrote. Perry is in Japan for a series of concert dates in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.

Fifty lots of unpublished photographs of The Beatles' first U.S. concerts taken by a teenager in 1964 are expected to fetch about $100,000 when they are sold at auction, Christie's said on Friday. The pristine, black-and-white photographs, which had been stored in a box for 45 years, chronicle The Beatles appearances in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore. They will be sold on July 20th in New York. Washington teenager Mike Mitchell, then 18, was on hand at Union Station when the Beatles arrived and documented the shrieking hysteria of their fans. Mitchell, who still works as a photographer, also shot the pre-concert press conference and was positioned at the stage for the entire Coliseum show.

"The Tree of Life," the film starring Brad Pitt and Sean Penn, took home the Canne festival's most coveted prize on May 22nd, the prestigious Palme d'Or. The film, told the story of a Midwestern family, starting with the father (Pitt) in the 1950s and ending with the son (Penn), at present time. "The Tree of Life" starts in limited release May 27th.
