Rap group, Cali Swag District has been reaching out to the public to help identify whoever shot and killed group member M-Bone Sunday night in L.A. and fans have come forward sharing what they know.  Now it appears that the shooting may not have been some accidental or random drive by, but a targeted murder.  TMZ is reporting that when M-Bone got back to L.A. from his tour, he got involved with a girl.  His friends say a guy who lived in the woman's building didn't like the relationship, and allegedly began threatening M-Bone via Twitter.  Reportedly, the rapper didn't back down and the two men started a cyber smack down.   The black car in which M-Bone was shot is registered to the woman in question.  Witnesses told  TMZ, the shooter fired, left, then made a U-turn and came back around.  The police are investigating whether the twitter exchanges and the shooting are related.

Jerry Lewis has announced he's retiring as host of the annual Muscular Dystrophy Association Labor Day Telethon, saying "As a labor of love, I've hosted the annual Telethon since 1966 and I'll be making my final appearance on the show this year by performing my signature song, 'You'll Never Walk Alone'.  I'll continue to serve MDA as its National Chairman, as I've done since the early 1950's.  I'll never desert MDA and my kids."

"Scream 4" star, Neve Campbell, has divorced her husband of four years, actor John Light.  The decree became final on May 6th.  The couple married in 2007 after meeting on the set of "Investigating Sex." It was Campbell's second marriage. She was previously married to actor Jeff Colt from 1995 to 1998.
 
DJ AM's older sister, Lara Long, died May 9th after a battle with a rare form of colon cancer. Long created the DJ AM Memorial Fund after her brother died, working tirelessly to keep her brother's memory alive.  She was 40 years old.

Season 8 of HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" will premiere on July 10th.  Making guest star appearances this season will be Michael J. Fox and Michael Gross.  The two starred together in "Family Ties"   Fox will appear in the tenth episode as a lawyer who lives in the apartment above Larry who suffers from Parkinson's Disease, as Fox does in real life.  "I'm being symptomatic just to annoy him," Fox says. "He's complaining because I'm shuffling and making noise upstairs. It's very funny."    Earlier in the season, Fox's Family Ties dad, Michael Gross, plays Larry's dermatologist. He is in a funeral scene with comedian, Richard Lewis.  

Evil "Survivor" player, Russell Hantz is getting his own show on A&E.  The program is called, "Flipped" and will follow the three-time Survivor contestant as he and his family attempt to buy Houston-area houses cheap and re-sell them at a profit during this tough economy.  Hantz says he expects to be one of the biggest flippers in Houston and will bring the city's economy back. A&E has ordered seven one-hour episodes and will premiere in the fall.

Joe Jonas has formally announced his plans to go solo and his first single will be called, "See No More."  The song was co-written by Jonas and Chris Brown and will be released to radio on June 3rd.  His debut album won't hit stores until  September 6th.

Troy Polamalu now has an official college degree to go with his two Superbowl rings!  The Pittsburgh Steelers star graduated from USC on Friday with a bachelor's degree in history.  Here's what he tweeted.... "I decided to finish what I started and walked that stage [Friday] not only because it was very important to me personally, but because I want to emphasize the importance of education, and that nothing should supersede it." He continued with "I truly love football ... but it's certainly not a replacement for an education." Polamalu was drafted after his senior year in 2003 -- but didn't have time to finish his degree.

Joey McIntyre and his wife Barrett are expecting a daughter.  The news was broken during a New Kid On The Block themed cruise over the weekend. McIntyre and his wife already have two sons: Griffin and Rhys.  Just so you know, NKOTB and Backstreet Boys are moving ahead with plans for a summer tour before baby number 3 arrives.

Mariah Carey and her babies are finally home from the hospital.  Carey tweeted that the babies were sleeping peacefully on Saturday, after she sung them to sleep.  While Mariah seems to be sailing through parenthood, new dad, Nick Cannon says he's a bit freaked out.  Speaking out on Monday,  Cannon said he's worried about everything from the babies' suffocating to the idea of having to give them CPR one day. "This is the kind of stuff that is making me go crazy when you have two new babies," he said. "I cannot relax. I am OCD-ing. They don't tell you this part about being a new parent."

A recovering Gabrielle Giffords watched her husband, Commander Mark Kelly, and his five member crew blast off from Florida's Kennedy Space Center on Monday morning to begin their 16 day mission to the International Space Station.... Endeavor's 25th and final mission.  Giffords was said to have remarked, "Good Stuff..Good Stuff" as she watched the blastoff. Reports say the Giffords spent time together in a beach house within the Kennedy Space Center compound on Sunday afternoon. Per family tradition, the two swapped wedding rings, a custom they do for all of Kelly's missions. Giffords is currently staying at the Houston rehabilitation facility where she is being treated for a severe head wound she sustained Jan. 8th when a gunman in Tucson attacked during an event she was hosting. In all, six people were killed in the attack and 12 others were
wounded.

Deadline Hollywood is reporting that Seth MacFarlane is bringing back the Flintstones... both on TV and for the movies. Fox entertainment president, Kevin Reilly, said production on the animated series will begin production in Fall 2011 for a 2013 premiere on the Fox schedule.  Seth says the very first cartoon he drew, at the age of two, was Fred Flintstone. MacFarlane says the characters  will look the same but he'll introduce new technology, like "What is the animal version of an iPad?
