Lindsay Lohan is a master in dodging bullets. The actress will not have to spend any time in jail for her misdemeanor theft charge after she plead no contest on Wednesday. Judge Stephanie Sautner said during the hearing, she doesn't believe Lindsay's problem is substance abuse, but rather her problems are more deeply rooted and she is self-medicating to relieve those problems. As a result, Judge Sautner is not requiring Lindsay to undergo substance abuse counseling. Lindsay is required to serve 120 days for her probation violation, but Lindsey will be able to serve her time at hom and in reality, the 120 days will amount to 14 days. During that time, however, Lindsay cannot leave her home, even to do community service. Lindsay must complete psychological counseling and a shoplifters alternative class.

George Michael has announced his intention to mount a come back. "I'm going to make up for some of the damage I have inadvertently caused," Michael said in an interview with the BBC. At this point, the tour is mainly in Europe. He'll play 47 concert dates accompanied by a symphony orchestra. Which totally makes sense since he's calling the tour "Symphonica: The Orchestral Tour." He'll sing his own songs as well as some of his favorites from other artists.
Folks have been speculating about what's different about Bristol Palin's new face. While some thought plastic surgery accounted for her new sharper jawline and pointier chin, Palin says that she actually had "corrective jaw surgery" so her jaw and teeth could properly realign. "I am absolutely thrilled with the results" said Bristol. I look older, more mature, and don't have as much of a chubby little baby face!"
Mia Amber Davis, the girl who seduced DJ Qualls' character in "Road Trip" has passed away. The actress underwent a routine knee surgery in Los Angeles the day before she died. Her husband, Michael Yard said Mia had the surgery on Monday and he talked to her Tuesday morning and she was doing great. However, hours later, Mike got a phone call from Mia's cousin saying Mia had been suffering from dizziness most of the day. Soon after, Mike says he got another phone call

Oprah Winfrey's favorite guests, Will Smith and wife Jada Pinkett Smith will be the guests on May 25...Oprah's final show. It's not clear how many guests will appear on the final show, and there's no word on whether the Smith'swill bring their kids along and if their good friends, the Tom Cruise family will also show up.

Remember that flesh colored antler looking monstrosity that Princess Beatrice wore on her head at the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton? The show stopping (and not in a good way) piece could now be yours if the price is right. Sarah Ferguson announced on The Oprah Winfrey Show Wednesday that the princess, who can't wait to get the thing out of her sight, will be auctioning it off on eBay with the proceeds going to UNICEF and children in crisis. The fascinator was custom-made for Beatrice by couture milliner Philip Treacy. His creations run about $3,300 a piece. The official announcement with the exact debut date of the auction will be announced soon.
(Gee, once Oprah's show is off the air, where are people going to announce things?)
Angelina Jolie has spoken out about all the speculation about the new line on her family tattoo. Jolie's tattoo, which denotes the coordinates of each birthplace of her six children has a new line and it's the coordinates of Shawnee, Oklahoma where Brad Pitt was born. Some had speculated that the new longitude and latitude meant the couple was either expecting another baby or were going to adopt again.
Jessica is originally from Marietta, GA! I am probably one of the only real "Atlantans" left! I love Atlanta because there is always something going on, and it's just close enough to the beach to get away for a weekend.
