The St. James Palace has announced that Kate Middleton and Prince William, officially the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, will be visiting California July 8th-10th this summer. Former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is expected to greet the Royals as they arrive.  The visit is an extension of their already-planned trip to Canada. It will be William's first visit to the U.S. in an official capacity, and Catherine's first visit ever.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver and "Dancing With The Stars" contestant, Hines Ward, and his female companion were pulled from a car at gunpoint and handcuffed by Los Angeles police early Thursday morning. The officers said they pulled over a car that had been reported stolen at the intersection of Ventura and Lankershim boulevards. The officer determined the car had been reported stolen April 19th but actually the owner just forgot where it has been parked, police said. The owner then neglected to tell police after she found the car, that it was not stolen. Ward posted a note to fans on his Facebook page and called the encounter "a complete misunderstanding. The police were just doing their job. Apologies were made and it's now in the past" he wrote.

Legendary actress, Sophia Loren, was honored Wednesday with a tribute from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Hollywood. The tribute comes 50 years after Loren won the Best Actress Oscar, making her the first person to win an acting Oscar for a foreign-language role. She won for the Italian movie "Two Women" in 1961. Tom Hanks, Billy Crystal and her son Edoardo Ponti were there and Roberto Benigni, who won Best Actor in 1997 for "Life is Beautiful,"

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was charged with misdemeanor harassment in Vegas on Thursday, after the boxer allegedly threatened to have two security guards shot for ticketing his cars on the street. Mayweather's cars were parked outside his 12,000-square foot mansion and the community officers left citations citing illegal parking. "My homies have guns. If you want me to call them, they'd come over here and take care of you." he screamed at the guards.  According to the complaint, Floyd added, "These are my f**king cars. Don't touch my f**king cars."

Lindsey Lohan is upset with Paris Hilton...again, and says the socialite is just plain mean. A clip of Paris' new reality show "The World According To Paris" hit the internet.  In the clip, Paris gives a homeless woman her earrings. The woman mistakes Paris for Lindsay so Paris responds, "If I were Lindsay, I would be stealing earrings ... not giving them away."

Justin Beiber may not be able to perform his scheduled concerts in Japan because his crew says they don't want to go there! Many crew members have refused to go to Japan for two concerts later this month, because they're afraid of the cancer risks from the recent nuclear disaster and fear of another earthquake. The crew cited that Avril Lavigne and Slash had canceled their Japan concerts. Justin says he doesn't want to disappoint the kids who bought tickets and that the Japanese government had given an "all clear" that it was safe to be in both cities.  As of this writing, the concerts are still in jeopardy.

It's a small world after all...Conan O'Brien will deliver the Dartmouth Class of 2011 Commencement address on June 12th.. Donald Trump said Thursday he will not be the celebrity pace-car driver for the May 29 race, calling it "inappropriate" since "he may be announcing shortly his intention" to run for president. He also said it would be impossible to fulfill the required practice sessions that occur late in race week because of his busy schedule. Some race fans complained Trump was too divisive to serve as the celebrity pace car driver after his recent questioning of whether President Obama was born outside the United States and whether he was qualified to attend two Ivy League schools.  A replacement is expected to be named later this month.

The couple married in 2004.  Tori is currently pregnant with their third child.

The iconic home of the McCallisters in the "Home Alone" movies is up for sale...for $2.4 million!  The 1920's colonial Georgian home is  located in the Chicago suburb of Winnetka.  Besides being a piece of movie history ... the home also boasts a four-room master suite, a carved marble fireplace mantle and the notorious "attic bedroom" where Kevin had to spend the night with his bed-wetting cousin.
