Judge Judy gave everyone a scare when she started talking gibberish in court. Judge Sheindlin was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital Wednesday morning after she started saying things that didn't make sense. The judge, 68, finally stopped talking and said that she wasn't feeling well and asked to have a crew member call 911. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital where she is said to be recovering well from what she says is exhaustion. The hospital kept her
overnight for observation and tests and expects to release her this morning.
Rosie O'Donnell will move into Oprah Winfrey's studios for her upcoming new daytime show that will appear on OWN's daytime lineup. Rosie will move into Studio One, Oprah's Chicago home for the last 25 years, shortly after Winfrey tapes her final daytime episode on May 25th. Most of "Oprah" staffers are expected to stay and work on Rosie's new show.
Speaking of Oprah, the Queen of Daytime Talk wants to get Donald Trump and several other big name celebrities and give them makeovers. Producers say that the show will let The Donald talk about his potential presidential bid. Sources added that the invite noted, "This will become one of those historical television moments that will become iconic."
Lisa Rinna and NeNe Leakes aren't the only members of the women's team on "Celebrity Apprentice" who left the show with strong feelings about Star Jones. La Toya Jackson appearing on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday, confessed she had a hard time with Star as well. "She's mean," said LaToya... "And I mean, mean." "Whenever someone's mean, I always get very analytical and I always say it's something inside that hurting them" Jackson said then added, "I just want say, Can't you put a smile on your face sometimes?"
Gwyneth Paltrow, is in talks with Hearst Publishing to start her own food It's been a good year for the actress. Gwyneth is set to release her first cookbook, "My Father's Daughter," this month. She's also co-hosted a PBS special about Spanish cuisine with celebrity chef Mario Batali. She's also passed along recipes on her online newsletter, GOOP. However, the magazine could just be a rumor. "Beyond her occasionally appearing on our magazine covers, we don't have any other projects in the works with Gwyneth Paltrow," said a Hearst company spokeswoman.
Former California governor, Arnold Schwarzengger is going be a cartoon known as The Governator. The comic book is being co-developed by superhero authority, Spider-Man co-creator, Stan Lee and won’t be out until next year. So here's the story... "The Governator" decides to become a crime fighter after serving as governor and builds a secret high-tech crime-fighting center under his house. The Governator will have a fleet of super vehicles at his disposal, a closet full of "Super Suits" that allow him to fly and perform other super stunts, and a team of colorful sidekick. Schwarzengger will battle an evil organization called Gangsters Imposters Racketeers Liars & Irredeemable Ex-cons (or G.I.R.L.I.E. Men, for short).
Mike "the Situation" Sorrentino has some interesting things in his performance "No one can speak to or make eye contact with him directly," says an insider. "And 'the Situation' must always be marked as trademarked." The Situation also requires that he be greeted at the airport, hotel and venue, and be accompanied by security at all times. For his recent appearance at 4sixty6 club in New Jersey, the Sitch required six bottles of Devotion vodka, 24 cans of Red Bull, two bottles of high-end champagne and first-class security to keep out "grenades."
It appears that "American Idol's" Casey Abrams and Haley Reinhart has been footsie while not on camera. In Touch magazine says that Haley and Casey have become quite the cozy couple. "Most of their downtime is spent together and have a very touchy-feely relationship," says the insider. "Most of the other Idols think they're hooking up."
Actor, Hector Elizondo has joined Tim Allen's new ABC's comedy show. Elizondo will play Allen’s boss Ed to Allen's traditional manly man in a progressive world. Nancy Travis will play Allen’s wife in the pilot.
Attention Bachelor fans... Emily Maynard has decided to move from North Carolina to Austin, Texas with her 5 year old daughter, to be with her fiancee, Brad Womack. Emily feels that by moving to Texas for the summer, it will give the two a chance to be a real-life couple. She and her daughter will be getting their own condo. Brad, who knows relationships take compromise, says the only thing he refuses to bend on is that they must live in Austin where he runs his business.
David Boreanaz has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with an extra on the set of "Bones". Kristina Hagan claimed David sent her "sexually inappropriate and lurid text messages," saying he could "make things happen for her." David's lawyer, Marty Singer, said the allegations were "absurd." The terms of the settlement are confidential.
E! is reporting that Leonardo DiCaprio has agreed to shoot a TV commercial for a Chinese cell phone company that will pay him $5 million. The commercial, for the Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., is scheduled to be shot in April and will run in Asia later this year.
Enrique Iglesias may not be touring with Britney Spears after all. Right after Britney announced on 'Good Morning America'bthat she'd be taking Iglesias on her U.S. tour in June, a rep for Enrique denied that they'd be performing together. Iglesias' rep issued a statement saying he "is very sorry for the confusion this might have caused to anyone," and adding that Iglesias respects Spears and is a fan of her work.
