TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan will NOT take the plea deal the judge is offering in her felony grand theft case.  Lindsay reportedly met with her lawyer, Shawn Holley Tuesday afternoon and laid out all the options for the actress.  Lindsay maintains her innocence and wants to take the case to trial. Lindsay's felony grand theft case has been assigned to Judge Stephanie Sautner with a preliminary hearing on April 22nd. Lindsay faces both jail and prison as the case moves on. Jail time if Judge Sautner decides Lindsay violated her probation, and prison, if Lindsay is convicted of grand theft.

The Real World has been renewed for seasons 27 and 28. MTV's The Real World is to date the longest-running reality series in history. The current season is set in Las Vegas and has ranked No.1 with the 12-34 demographic.

Despite his flip out on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday, Chris Brown will still be performing on "Dancing With the Stars" next week as planned.  It was touch and go for a while with the network, with viewers threatening not to watch the show if Brown was a guest.

Chris Brown is publicly apologizing for losing his temper backstage following an interview and performance on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday.  He claims he got angry because the interview went beyond the "talking points" his people submitted to the show, something ABC News has denied. Brown emphasized that he did not hurt anyone backstage at "GMA" but had to release "the anger that I had inside of me."

Former NFL great, Lawrence Taylor, has been sentenced to six years' probation after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct and patronizing an underage prostitute. The teen girl in the center of the case was in court for the sentencing, but the now 17 year old was not allowed to speak. Outside the courthouse, the girl denied she was a prostitute and said another man forced her to go into Taylor's Montebello hotel room by punching her in the face.

In other football player news....

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, Dez Bryant, was issued a criminal trespass warning for wearing baggy pants that exposed his underwear and buttocks to patrons at the NorthPark Shopping Mall on Saturday night. Off-duty officers reportedly asked Bryant and his friends to pull up their pants, but the NFL player responded with profanity. Dallas police issued a statement saying: "The outcome could have been avoided if the parties involved had simply complied with instructions given by the involved officers."  Bryant must hang out at the mall because he's had several incidents there before including a "major disturbance" at a restaurant involving a woman, a parking violation and cutting in line at a store.

"No Doubt" singer and solo artist, Gwen Stefani has donated $1 million dollars to Save the Children's Japan Earthquake-Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund to help in the relief and recovery effort in Japan.  Stefani has been inspired by Japan for many years and the influences are shown through her various designer lines. "The disaster in Japan is beyond heartbreaking and I want to do anything I can to help. I would never be able to make a gesture like this without the love and support of all the fans over all these years" she said. Stefani is also making a limited edition Harajuku Lovers T-shirt available through target="_blank">nodoubt.comwith 100% of proceeds benefiting the relief effort in Japan.
