"Survivor" winners and "Celebrity Apprentice" star Richard Hatch is being sent back to prison to serve a nine-month sentence for failing to pay taxes on the money he won on CBS' "Survivor." Hatch had already served more than three years in prison for tax evasion but when he failed to re-file his 2000 and 2001 taxes and pay what is owed,  Judge William Smith added an additional three months to the six month sentence requested by prosecutors. Hatch owes the IRS an estimated $2 million. He is set to report for his prison term today.

Three years after Simon Cowell ended his relationship with Terri Seymour, she has finally moved out of his LA home.  She was seen moving into a $3 million dollar Beverly Hills home she bought in 2008 thought to be a parting gift from the former "American Idol" judge... along with $3 million in cash. Cowell reportedly made the gesture as a 'thank you', despite suggestions it was to prevent Seymour from talking their turbulent relationship. Their relationship ended over his reluctance to marry and have children.

Quentin Tarantino is at war with his neighbor, Academy Award winning writer, Alan Ball, (American Beauty/True Blood) over his loud exotic birds.  Tarantino claims the birds let loose with "blood-curdling screams" and it's affecting his ability to write scripts. According to a lawsuit Quentin filed in  L.A. County Superior Court, Tarantino claims ever since Ball installed an "exotic bird menagerie" Quentin has been forced to endure the "obnoxious pteradactyl-like screams" of the macaw birds. Tarantino says he tried to resolve the matter with Ball himself, but Alan has "done little to eliminate the macaws' daily cacophony" ... so he is asking the judge to force Ball to silence them once and for all.

Olivia Wilde has filed divorce papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. The 27-year-old "House" actress and her husband Tao Ruspoli have been married for eight years. They separated last month. The couple has no children.

Last Thursday, American Idol contestant Casey Abrams missed the show and Ryan said he was in the hospital. Abrams has ulcerative colitis, which causes abdominal pain and cramping. The jazzy singer received two blood transfusions Thursday night and is much better. It was the second time Abrams visited the hospital while competing on season 10 of Idol.

Martha Stewart's only child, Alexis, has welcomed a daughter of her own. The baby girl, Jude, was born via gestational carrier last Tuesday. Rather than Grandma, Stewart will have the baby call her "Martha" because she doesn't like the term, grandma.  While Martha brought some beautiful clothes to the hospital for the baby, Alexis said they were all going back because the baby wasn't going
to know what kind of clothes it was wearing.  She asked instead only for books.  No toys please!  Of the baby, Stewart says "She is very alert and doesn't cry...an ideal baby!"

Gallagher is out of the hospital three days after he collapsed on stage during a show in Rochester, MN.  Gallagher will be resuming his tour on March 19th in The Woodlands, TX.  No explanation was given for his hospital stay.

Charlie Sheen's mini-tour sold out in just 18 minutes ... and now he's planning on adding extra shows.

"Kill Bill" star, Michael Madsen, is being looked for by the police. He allegedly owes around $570,000 in child and spousal support debts and missed a hearing in his child/spousal support case last week. The judge found him in contempt and issued a warrant for his arrest.

David and Victoria are expecting a baby girl this July.  The Beckhams already have three boys, Cruz, 6, Romeo, 8½, and Brooklyn, 12. Victoria is thrilled with the news she'll have a little girl to dress up.

In other baby news, Jewel, 36, who is expecting her first child with husband Ty Murray, had a close call on Friday when she was involved in an accident with a fire truck.  Evidently, a firetruck hit Jewel's car on the passenger side.  She was taken to the hospital, but she and the baby boy are fine.
