Law enforcement executed a pre-arranged raid on the home of Charlie Sheen after they received a call Thursday that Charlie threatened to harm himself with a firearm. Under the restraining order obtained by Brooke Mueller, Charlie is prohibited from possessing weapons.  Officers were looking for firearms and ammunition. It was reported that Charlie, his lawyers, and several friends were at the dining room table eating hamburgers when the police arrived.

Brooke is not the only ex-wife trying to keep her kids from Charlie Sheen. Denise Richards is upset because Charlie wants 7-year-old Sam to come over to his house this weekend to celebrate her birthday. Denise is scoffing at the invitation and says Sam isn't going, nor are any of her friends.

Charlie Sheen's $100 million lawsuit against his former boss, Chuck Lorre, asserts that "Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, 'Two and a Half Men,' in order to serve his own ego and self-interest."  Charlie alleges that Warner Bros. and Lorre fired him during sickness, which is a violating of both State and federal law.

While the court fights to see who the rightful owner is, the ashes of actor, Gary Coleman are still sitting in the office of a lawyer. Coleman's ex-wife, Shannon Price, hopes a court will approve her request to be named Coleman's common-law wife, which would pave the way for her to gain control of his assets and fulfill what she believed were the late actor's final wishes.  Coleman and Price were indeed married at one point, but lived together even after they divorced. Currently, per Coleman's last official will at the time of his death on May 31, 2010, his former business manager and girlfriend, Anna Gray, is the sole executor.

While Rob Lowe's name has been kicked around as a replacement for Charlie Sheen in "Two and a Half Men", you can forget it.  Lowe has a multi-year agreement to star on NBC's "Parks and Recreation".
