George Clooney has done it again... gotten real cozy with a beautiful woman, only to dump her two years or so later.  Clooney and his Italian girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, have called it quits, "We're not together anymore," Clooney and Canalis simply said in a joint statement. "It's very difficult and very personal, and we hope everyone can respect out privacy." Elisabetta's publicist took it a step further saying that she has not authorized to say when the split happened."

Ryan Dunn, the "Jackass" daredevil who died Monday in a violent car crash in Pennsylvania was legally drunk at the time of the accident.  In fact, Dunn's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.  Dunn had been drinking in a bar just hours before the crash. A passenger, Zach Hartwell, was also killed in the early morning crash when Dunn -- driving in excess of 130 mph, apparently lost control of his Porsche and it slammed into a tree, then burst into flames.

Country singer Glen Campbell, famous for his hit song, "Rhinestone Cowboy," has revealed he's battling Alzheimer's Disease. The 75-year-old Grammy winner confirmed the diagnosis saying he plans to schedule his final live performances this fall ... to say "farewell" to his fans. Campbell adds "I still love making music. And I still love performing for my fans. I'd like to thank them for sticking with me through thick and thin."

Former "Smallville" star Sam Jones III, who played Clark Kent's friend Pete Ross in the early seasons of the show, has been sentenced to one year in jail for conspiracy to sell more than 10,000 pills of Oxycodone. TMZ is reporting that Jones "begged the judge for mercy," insisting that he lost not only his dog and his car in the midst of the drug charges, but also his job on "Blue Mountain State," where he played college freshman football star Craig Shilo.  Jones was lucky to get only a year.  The prosecution had been seeking a five year sentence. Jones' girlfriend, Playmate Karissa Shannon, dumped him after Hugh Hefner's breakup with Crystal Harris in order to move back into the Playboy mansion with her twin sister, Kristina.

Westboro Baptist Church, the Kansas-based organization that protests military funerals based on the country's policy on gay soldiers, plans to make an appearance at the funeral of stuntman Ryan Dunn. The congregation was reportedly offended when Dunn inserted a toy car into his rectum. The church writes, "In His wrath, God cut off this young man in the prime of his life, because he made a mock of sin, and taught his fellow man to grievously sin against God!"   You can bet that Dunn's Jackass co-stars, Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Bam Margera and the rest of the "Jackass" crew will be ready for them and are praying you'll be within striking distance...

The Winklevoss twins have given up.  After seven years, they have decided to drop their legal war with Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg.  The twins famously claim that Zuckerberg fighting Zuckerbe stole their idea for a social network.  The twins were trying to get a judge to invalidate the $65 million dollar settlement so they could fight for more money. According to the court filing Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss agreed to accept the settlement of $65 million in stock...which has now swelled in value to $100 million....

Lindsay Lohan showed Matt Lauer who was boss on Tuesday night. Lauer flew to L.A. yesterday, and showed up at Lindsay's Venice loft around 6pm to record an interview.  While Lindsey was in the makeup chair, Lauer's team told her that the interview would be longer than the 15 minutes they had agreed on because the piece would be used on "Dateline" as well as "Today."   Lindsey says she had agreed to 15 minutes and refused to sit for anything longer.  The two sides began arguing and then Matt just packed up and left and headed back to New York.

Octomom, Nadya Suleman, is taking part in a new celebrity dating show on HDNET called Celebridate. The controversial mom made headlines when she gave birth to octuplets in January 2009, bringing her total number of children to 14.  Suleman, 35, really does want to find love and says the person she will date will definitely have to like kids. She says she's only had one boyfriend and claims to ve very shy and anxious.

Reggie Bush doesn't seem to be over Kim Kardashian yet, because he's dating a girl, who is a Kim Kardashian imitator!  She's the same look-a-like who channeled Kim in an Old Navy commercial spot earlier this year. Her name is Melissa Molinaro and she's an actress trying to make it in the business with a little help from her Kardashian-like looks. Does this mean that Bush isn't over Kim or does he just have a really specific type?
