According to the New York Post, Hugh Hefner's wedding to Crystal Harris was called off after she secretly planned to ditch the Playboy creator at the altar in return for a $500,000 media deal. Harris, 25, was shopping for a big-bucks deal to tell all after she ditched the 85 year old in front of 300 guests at their wedding at the Playboy Mansion on Saturday. The wedding itself was to be filmed for a Lifetime TV special. According to a source, her plan was to walk up the aisle and say she couldn't go through with it and her refusal to marry him would be a sensation. She was looking for a tie-in deal of around $500,000 for the exclusive 'I ditched Hef at the altar' interview.
Unfortunately for her, no one was interested. Harris' manager, Michael Blakey, denies all allegations including that she was dating Dr. Phil's son...they merely work together as songwriters, he said.
It's been a scary week for singer, Joss Stone. Two men are being held on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and rob after being arrested near Stone's hone in Devon. According to the BBC, the two men, ages 33 and 30, were found with swords, plans of Stone's home and a body bag. The source also said ropes and forensic-style overalls were also found on the men. Police responded when Stone's neighbors noticed a suspicious vehicle. The two men will appear in front of a judge today.

Charlie Sheen may be feeling a bit discouraged about now. A judge has ruled that he is not entitled to a public court trial in his lawsuit against Warner Brothers. Charlie is suing the company for $100 million dollars claiming the studio had no right to kick him off the show. The judge ruled the arbitration agreement in Charlie's contract is valid and left it to the arbitrator to decide if the matter would be resolved in private or in a public courtroom.

It was only a matter of time before lawyer, Gloria Allred, would show up in the Weiner case. She is representing former porn actress, Ginger Lee, the woman who says she was sick of Anthony Weiner's "package". The two women held a press conference in New York yesterday and went into detail about how the congressman deluged her with sexting messages. She even read some of the messages aloud.... "Alright, my package and I are not going to beg. We both see the hazard of going down the path of comparative sexiness," he wrote Lee in one exchange, after she posted a glowing comment on his Facebook page. Another one read: "You aren't giving my package due credit." In all, Allred said, there were more than 100 messages from Weiner to Lee. Lee denied responding to the emails, saying she was only interacting with him over their shared love of politics. Lee says she thinks Weiner should resign.
Actor, Gary Busey, has been fired from his latest movie after a mountain of complaints from colleagues about his on-set behavior. Gary was dumped from "Mansion of Blood" after a female employee reportedly complained that he made inappropriate comments on set. "The situation was plagued by contractual issues and misunderstandings from the outset," Busey's representative said. "Gary considers this episode concluded and has no further comment on the matter."
Dallas Mavericks player, DeShawn Stevenson was arrested by Irving police for public intoxication at an apartment complex Tuesday night. According to a story in the Dallas Morning News, Stevenson was alone and did not know where he was at the time of the arrest and failed sobriety tests. Stevenson was released from jail Wednesday morning after posting $475 bail.
Jessica is originally from Marietta, GA! I am probably one of the only real "Atlantans" left! I love Atlanta because there is always something going on, and it's just close enough to the beach to get away for a weekend.
