American Airlines flight attendants are so upset with Alec Baldwin and all the commotion he caused Tuesday in a door-slamming, profanity-laced temper tantrum that they want him put on a "no fly" list. Backing up the flight attendants is their union, who wants the FAA to slap Baldwin with a fine. A spokesman for the union said the union would drop its demands if Baldwin, who has vowed to never again fly American Airlines, makes a public apology to the crew for the tirade that got him booted off of a flight. Baldwin maintains he was singled out and picked on by a flight attendant who he called "a 1950's gym teacher. In the meantime, the union says that the flight attendant in question is one of the nicest, sweetest ladies they know and told the actor no less than three times to put away his cellphone. An FAA safety inspector has requested reports from crew members on the Los Angeles-to-New York flight. The FAA can go after passengers for civil penalties and fine them in amounts exceeding $20,000...

James Cameron is being sued by a writer who once worked with Cameron's production company. His name is Eric Ryder and claims that back in 1997 he pitched a movie called "KRZ 2068". It was "environmentally themed 3-D epic about a corporation's colonization and plundering of a distant moon's lush and wondrous natural setting." According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Ryder claims his reps pitched the movie idea to Cameron's production company back in 1999 ... and it was so well received, they had multiple serious meetings to develop the project. Ryder claims that in 2002, something happened and the project was shut down. When "Avatar" came out in 2009, Ryder was furious and complained. It wasn't until this year that Camerons' people replied that James had written the script well before Ryder submitted his project. Ryder says that's a lie and is suing for unspecified damages.
