TMZ is reporting that a judge has ruled that witnesses will NOT be allowed to
discuss Michael Jackson's child molestation case during Dr. Conrad Murray's
manslaughter trial.  L.A. County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor said any
testimony relating to the molestation case is irrelevant and would be
distracting and misleading to the jury. The judge also banned Arnie Klein from
testifying, after prosecutors argued the defense would try to blame the
dermatologist for the death and take away attention from Dr. Murray.

Remember the guy who played "Random Task" in "Austin Powers"...the guy who
throws a shoe?  Turns out he's been convicted of torturing a 20-year-old woman
back in 1990. Joseph Hyungmin Son was arrested in 2008 on suspicion of
participating in a gang rape of a woman on Christmas Eve and DNA has linked him
to the crime. Prosecutors say that Son and another man grabbed a woman, dragged
her into the back of their car and pistol whipped her and continued to threaten
her with a gun.   According to the victim, Son and the other man raped her
several times and sexually penetrated her with a gun before releasing her in
Compton naked. Son is due back in court on September 19 for sentencing.  He
faces 15 years to life in prison.

Former "Lost" star, Matthew Fox was detained by Cleveland police on Saturday
after allegedly assaulting a woman.   Fox had tried to get on a party bus
outside a bar in Cleveland but the driver, a woman, wouldn't let him on. Fox
allegedly became belligerent and reportedly punched the women in the breast and
"stomach area."  To his surprise, the woman struck back and gave Fox a bloodly
lip.  The actor was cuffed by police, but was later released without arrest.
Driver, Heather Bormann says she thinks Matthew was drunk and that she warned
him several times to stop trying to get on the private bus Saturday night.
She plans on pressing charges for assault.

Chad Michael Murray has signed a deal to return to "One Tree Hill" for it's
upcoming 9th and final season.  His character, Lucas, was last seen driving off
into the sunset with Peyton and their new baby Sawyer. According to The CW,
Lucas returns after Haley reaches out to him for help.

"American Idol" finalist, Jason Castro and his wife Mandy welcomed their first
child together on Sunday.  They named their daughter, Madeline Emilia Castro.

The New Jersey home of former Skid Row lead singer, Sebastian Bach, was
destroyed by flooding from Hurricane Irene.   The house that he has lived in for
21 years and featured on MTV Cribs, has been condemned and deemed uninhabitable.
According to Bach's Facebook page, the surging waters sent a displaced bridge
into his garage and knocked the house right off its foundation. Bach said he was
grateful his children and ex-wife were unaffected by the storm. He said he had
been holding onto the house since divorce papers were filed in December to end
his marriage to his wife of 18 years. "I just could not let go of the only home
I had ever known," Bach wrote. "Well, God has other plans for me it seems." Bach
said he plans to relocate to Los Angeles.

"Two and A Half Men".  She will play Kutcher's soon to be ex wife, Bridget who's
in the process of divorcing Internet billionaire Walden Schmidt (Kutcher).
She'll be seen in several episodes of the show.
