TLC has announced that the current season of 'LA Ink' will be its last. The show
followed Kat Von D's journey as a tattoo artist from Miami to Los Angeles. The
series finale will air September 15th.  While Miami Ink and LA Ink will be gone,
"NY Ink" was recently renewed for a second season.  

According to People magazine, Von D. is saying that her show wasn't cancelled,
she quit because the network had decided to re-edit events that didn't happen
while filming. Von D adds she's ready to end this chapter and want to focus on
other projects now.

In other Kat Von D news, she's back with her man, Jesse James, and is wearing
her engagement ring.  The couple posted photos of themselves hugging on Twitter.

Zap2It.com has come up with a number of items that a person could buy with the
$20 million that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, will be spending on their
wedding this weekend.  (The average wedding cost in 2011 is about $26,501.)

* A 2012 Volkwagen Beetle (MSRP $18,995) for each of their reported 1,000
wedding guests.

* 700 pounds of gold, based on current price of $1,787 per ounce.

* 406,000 tickets to Miami Dolphins games to watch ex-beau Reggie Bush (Average

* 1.9 million copies of Paris Hilton's album "Paris" based on Amazon's retail
price of $10.56.

* Four-year tuition for 116 students to attend her father's alma mater, the
University of Southern California (Tuition cost: $55,818)

* Meals for 167,000 malnourished African children for a year (Based on
$120/year)


"Smokey and the Bandit" star Burt Reynolds, 75, reportedly faces losing his
Florida home after failing to make mortgage payments. According to ABC News
Reynolds hasn't made a mortgage payment on his 4-acre Hobe Sound, Florida,
estate since Sept. 1, 2010. He owes $1.2 million on the house. Reynolds, in a
statement, says this all comes as a surprise to him saying he thought his career
and life could not be any better. Reynolds says there a lot of people out there
worse off than he is and he'll hold his head up and " continue to move on down
the road."

Petra Ecclestone, the socialite who bought the $85 million Spelling
mega-mansion, is tearing out anything that reminds her of its' last occupant,
Candy Spelling. Lights, chandeliers and even the fireplaces are being removed.
Ecclestone invited 4 major antique dealers to check out the 57,000 square foot
mansion and bid on anything they could move out of the place.  One of the
antique dealers alone, walked out with over a million dollars worth of stuff
including several Baccarat crystal chandeliers, a 19th century Edwardian style
marble fireplace, a set of 4 French Louis XV style gilt-bronze wall lights from
the dining room ... and more.

TMZ is reporting that Bravo will not have "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills"
cameras rolling during the funeral of Russell Armstrong. Bravo says it doesn't
know how much Russell footage, if any, will air in the show's second season.
Lawyer, Ronald Richards, said an agreement hs been reached to split Armstrong's
remains between families in Los Angeles and Texas after speaking to his mother,
John Ann Hotchkiss Thursday. According to Richards, Hotchkiss wants all footage
of her dead son and his estranged wife Taylor Armstrong scrapped from the hit
reality show's second season.

"Law & Order" is releasing a 104-DVD Complete Series DVD box set You can buy 20
years worth of "L&O" episodes in one package on November 8th. The set includes
deleted and extended scenes, cast profiles, a set tour and much more.

Danny DeVito was awarded the 2,445th   star of the Hollywood Walk of Fame on
Thursday, which is also his 40th anniversary in show business. DeVito became a
household name with the role of caustic dispatcher Louie De Palma on Taxi, which
ran on ABC from 1978-82. He has also produced hit movies like Erin Brockovich
and Pulp Fiction.
