The family of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Russell Armstrong is
considering taking legal action against the network that airs the reality show.
"Bravo is at fault and somebody needs to pay," Russell’s step brother Wade
Jackson told RadarOnline.com. The family also blames Russell’s estranged wife
Taylor Armstrong for getting him involved in the show saying Russell didn't want
to be a public person on the show but Taylor pushed him into it.

It's no surprise, but the L.A. County Coroner has made it official that Russell
Armstrong's cause of death was suicide by hanging. Toxicology results are
pending. No drugs or alcohol were found in the bedroom where Armstrong died
Monday night. It will take 6 to 8 weeks to complete the toxicology results.

Oscar-nominated actor, Gérard Depardieu, had to go to the bathroom just as the
Air France flight from Paris to Dublin was about to take off on Tuesday.  Flight
attendants asked him to wait just 15 minutes until the plane was in the air.
Instead, Depardieu, 62, urinated right on the floor.  The plane was forced to
return to the terminal where the actor and his travel partners were kicked off
the plane.  No arrests were made.

The Michael Jackson estate is taking Lloyd's of London to court after they have
failed to pay out on the $17.5 million "This Is it" insurance policy. Lloyd's of
London originally issued the policy to cover potential losses for MJ's 2009
"This Is It" concerts.  Earlier this year, the company asked an L.A. court to
declare the policy null and void claiming MJ lied about his medical history and
drug addiction. The estate isn't just settling for the original $17.5 million --
they also want punitive damages as well.

If Abercrombie & Fitch doesn't want "The Situation" to wear their clothes,
Hustler does, offering the "Jersey Shore" star cash to wear its clothing line.
A&F fired off a press release Tuesday offering Sitch and other "Jersey" cast
members money NOT to wear its clothes ... claiming, Sitch goes against the
"aspirational nature of its brand." The whole thing is interesting since last
season, A&F was selling "The Fitchuation" T-shirts.  So it sounds like the
line's whole remark was nothing more than a publicity stunt.

E! Online is reporting that George Clooney's ex-girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis
has signed on to the upcoming 13th season of "Dancing With the Stars".  George
and Elisabetta called it quits last June on their two-year romance. The official
cast will be named on August 29th during an episode of "Bachelor Pad" Season 13
of DWTS will begin September 19th with a two-hour premiere.

Actor, David Carradine's wife has just settled her case against the production
company of the movie David was shooting when he died of auto-erotic
asphyxiation.  According to TMZ, Anne Carradine had sued MK2 Productions,
claiming they had a duty to supervise David while he was on the shoot for the
movie, "Stretch."  Sources say that MK2 paid Anne money to settle as well as the
hotel and insurance company. In all, sources say Anne will get around $400,000
from the defendants.

John Mellencamp's divorce from fashion model Elaine Irwin has been finalized.
The former couple has been granted joint custody of their sons Speck, 17, and
Hud, 16, with Irwin given primary physical custody. Mellencamp, 59, also was
ordered to pay child support. The couple's  property and assets will be divided
in keeping with a prenuptial agreement signed before their 1992 wedding.
Mellencamp began dating actress Meg Ryan late last year.

Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds were seen together hiking with Sandra's son,
Louis Bardo. The three were taking a nature walk through Grand Teton National
Park last weekend. Ryan even carried Louis in a backpack. The trio is
vacationing in Jackson Hole with a few other friends... so is there something to
the rumor about the two being in a relationship?

Jerry Bruckheimer has sold a pilot to ABC for a so far untitled drama that will
feature the lives Navy SEALS and their families.

Michael Kors and his longtime partner, Lance LePere tied the knot on Tuesday in
Southampton, New York. The couple wed in a private ceremony on Dune Beach
officiated by Southampton Mayor Mark Epley. "To marry someone as wonderful and
special to me as Lance barefoot on a glorious beach is more than I could have
dreamed of," Kors said. The pair met in 1990, when LePere began working as an
intern for Kors's company.
