The store's owner and an employee will testify in a hearing that could determine whether there is enough evidence to put Lindsay on trial. Her lawyer brought in an appraiser to try and prove the necklace is only worth $850. If the necklace's value is appraised at less than $950, then Lindsay's charge will be dropped to a misdemeanor.

She had an interesting life. Her life is quite controversial because you don't really know when doing the research and looking into who she really was that dealt with a lot of abuse and obviously a very difficult childhood which brought her into this world of pornography. -NOW magazine claims Robert Pattinson spent $45,000 on Kristen Stewart's birthday. A source says, "Rob ordered a lovely breakfast of champagne, eggs benedict and orange juice in the morning and on the room service trolley was an envelope. Inside were two tickets to Borneo. Kristen's always wanted to see orangutans in the wild, so she was thrilled. Rob told her they'll also be relaxing in a spa hotel on a remote island near the jungle. Working 17-hour days on the Twilight set has been tough on their relationship,' adds the source. ‘They've had quite a few rows. So Rob wanted to give her a token of his commitment and gave her a beautiful gold necklace with a pendant. Engraved on the back was: "K, I'll always love you, R x"."

-NOW magazine claims Sarah Jessica Parker has purchased her own $10 million NYC apartment. A source says she and Matthew Broderick are no longer living together. "As her star rose and his fell, he became quite moody. Now they hardly ever spend time together. She's had enough of his moodiness, so she's bought her own home in the West Village, a few blocks away from where they live. It's a way of co-parenting with a bit of space between them. When she told him, he shrugged, which pretty much sealed the deal. She told him she still loves him but she can't live with him any more. It's very sad. There's no doubt he loves the children but that's all that's holding them together."
