Charlie Sheen's attempt to gain full custody of his twin boys has failed.  Sheen wanted to remove his ex, Brook Mueller's legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old sons, Bob and Max because she is back in rehab after refusing to take a drug test. In the hearing on Tuesday, judge Hank Goldbert decided to keep the couple's private custody agreement the same. Sheen and Mueller's divorce was finalized in February and becomes official May 2nd.

Charlie Sheen will be back on your TV soon, after all. A Los Angeles judge ruled Tuesday that a TV camera will be permitted in the courtroom when Sheen’s lawsuit against the producers of Two and a Half Men is tried.  Charlie is happy about the announcement, Warner Brothers and the show's producer, Chuck Lorre are not. The date of the trial has not yet been announced.

The cast of "Happy Days" certainly aren't happy with CBS.  The cast is suing the network for fraud and breach of contract for not sharing the money made from merchandising the show.  While there have always been  Happy Days T-shirts, playing cards, mugs, board games, lunch boxes, it was when the Happy Days slot machines were brought into casinos that the cast started to wonder where their share was. The cast members involved are Anson Williams, who played Potsie Weber, Don Most who played Ralph Malph, Marion Ross who played Marion Cunningham and Erin Moran who played Joanie Cunningham. According to CNN, the actors' contracts stipulate that they are supposed to be paid 5% from the net proceeds of merchandising if their sole image is used and 2.5% if it is a group image.  Five cast members of Happy Days were not paid for the royalties for their name and likeness in any of the merchandising.  Ross recently lost her California home to foreclosure and says the money would have made a difference.

Recent American Idol reject, Pia Toscano will be singing on "Dancing With The Stars" next week, while her rumored boyfriend, Mark Ballas dances. She will make her appearance on the April 26th results show.

The next season of "Jersey Shore" will be filming in Florence, Italy.  Reportedly Florence was chosen over other cities because "it's young, walkable, fashionable, and beautiful in springtime".   Not everyone in Florence is happy about the show filming there.  They have just started getting season one of "Jersey Shore" there and many Italians are offended by the stereotypes.  The city's newspaper, Corriere Della Sera has published an article that lists the do's and don'ts for the filming.

The rules, listed in the Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera, are:

-- The cast will not be filmed in bars and clubs that serve alcohol.

-- The cast will not be filmed drinking in public.

-- The show will not be filmed to promote Florence as a drinking town.

-- The show should be filmed in a manner to promote Italy (not Americans visiting Italy) and feature it’s culture and good food.

In addition to these strict guidelines, Renzi has banned the show from filming in the city's historic buildings, but admitted that he could not ban them from using the city as a set.

A video of Michael Jackson's last two rehearsals for the "This Is It" tour may make their way into the Dr. Conrad Murray trial.  The L.A. County District Attorney filed a motion today asking the judge to allow the rehearsal footage from June 23rd and June 24th to be entered as evidence because it shows that Michael was "happy and excited for the future." The D.A. says that testimony opposes the defense's theory that hours after the last rehearsal Michael "did a desperate act and took desperate measures that caused his own death."

Life & Style nagazine is reporting that Bachelor, Brad Womack and his fiance, Emily Maynard have split up.  Emily reportedly told Brad that she can't picture them getting married"  and knows in her heart of hearts that the relationship is done for.  Emily was supposed to move to Austin, Texas at the end of the school year. The reason for the split reportedly stems from Brad's hurtful and erratic
behavior. Word is that Brad put down an offer on a new home without telling Emily or even asking her to come see it first which is not something that Emily was happy about. T

An errant tweet suggests that Justin Timberlake may be the host of Saturday Night Live for the season finale.  Just yesterday, a fan tweeted at the official "SNL" account, "I didn't realize that @nbcsnl isn't back until May 7th!!! What am I going to do!? Is Tina Fey the season finale!? #SNL #aaahhhh." Whoever was manning the "SNL" Twitter controls responded, ""Nope! We have Timberlake after that!" The tweet has since been deleted.
