Charlie Sheen may be on the road with his tour, but he's still taking care of business back home.  According to TMZ, Sheen's lawyer will file papers for full custody of Sheen's twins with ex, Brooke Mueller. Sheen cites Mueller's return to rehab as the reason he should have full legal and physical custody fo the kids. Sheen's legal team will also apparently ask the judge to suspend Sheen's obligation to give Mueller $55,000 each month in child support payments. Mueller's legal team plans to file its own papers asking for full custody and a psychological evaluation of Sheen.  

Mariah Carey will definitely be having something to do with the new show, "The X Factor," but what her role will be, is still unclear. "I think Mariah will have a role on the live shows," said executive producer Simon Cowell.  "Her idea was to be the judge of the judges, which only Mariah could come up with."  With twins on the way in May, one can see why Mariah wouldn't be able to be a full time judge, but having her appear from time to time could keep her involved. So far, L.A. Reid is the only confirmed judge.

Blink-182 fans in the U.K. will have to wait another year before the band tours Europe again. The band announced the news on their website Monday morning that they will be rescheduling their European Summer tour in order to complete their next album.

It's baby #3 for Johnny Knoxville. "My wife Naomi and I are super happy to announce that we are having another little bambino in the fall," he wrote. "My 15-year-old daughter Madison is very excited about it, and her 16-month-old little brother Rocko has, well, no clue. wahoo!!"

Wanting everything to turn out absolutely perfect,  Prince William and Kate Middleton rehearsed their balcony wedding kiss on Monday. . The couple is scheduled to kiss before the crowd and the lip-lock will be choreographed for maximum camera coverage. William and Kate have been told exactly where to stand and at what angle to lean in for the perfect shot. "It sounds crazy, but the balcony is their moment to greet the crowds and receive well-wishes," a source says. "They don't want to disappoint."

Cedric the Entertainer will be joining the cast of TV Land's "Hot In Cleveland" for several episodes before being given a spin off series of his own.  Hot In Cleveland returns with originals June 15.

Paul McDonald, the first guy voted off American Idol this season, announced casually that he's dating Twilight star, Nikki Reed.  He's never even heard of "Twilight" before and didn't know she was an actress when they met in March at the premiere of "Red Riding Hood". He now says that Nikki is "ridiculously talented" and insisted he will soon be seeing all of her vampire flicks.

A romantic ride turned scary for The Bachelorette's Ali Fedotowsky on Sunday, when her kayak flipped over and she ended up in the hospital.  The couple were in La Jolla, California ("La Hoya" - near San Diego) on the ocean Kayaking when the kayak flipped over and hit her on the head.   Ali was rushed to the hospital and had to have five staples put in her head.  She twittered that next time she's going to wear a helmet.  Ali credits Roberto with keeping her calm and making sure she got the medical attention she needed.

Bret Michaels and his daughters, Raine and Jorja, have recorded their dad's monster hit, "Every Rose Had Its Thorn" for Kidz Bop, the series of age-appropriate kid-chorus cover compilations.  Kidz Bop Sings Monster Ballads will be released on May 17th. Thanks to the Michaels family’s contribution to Kidz Bop Sings, a portion of the album’s proceeds will benefit the American Diabetes Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Kara DioGuardi may be a successful songwriter, but her life wasn't always so great.  In her new memoir, "A Helluva High Note", DioGuardi reveals that, among other things, she was repeatedly molested as a child and was date-raped by a well-known music producer... She repeatedly told him to stop, but didn't try to fight him because she was too scared he'd become violent. She never told anyone about the horrific incident because she feared he would ruin her career. DioGuardi's book is out April 26th and her new show "Platinum Hit" premieres on Bravo on May 30th.

Actor, Ryan Reynolds, who sits on the Board of Directors of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, is challenging his fans and the general public to get involved in helping to speed a cure for Parkinson's by "liking" the Foundation's Facebook page ( facebook.com/michaeljfoxfoundation ). If the Foundation reaches 100,000 Facebook fans as part of its national Parkinson's Awareness Month campaign, Reynolds will add $10,000 to his cumulative giving to the Foundation.
