LeBron James's mother was arrested early Thursday morning and charged with battery and disorderly intoxication after she allegedly struck a parking valet in the face during a dispute at a Miami Beach hotel. Gloria James, 43, was arrested, but not booked for the incident. Police allege that the altercation began after James confronted the valet, Sorel Rockfeller, and asked "Where are my "f*cKing" keys?" James continued yelling profanities at the valet and allegedly struck the victim with an open hand across the right side of his face. In the process, James lost her balance and fell to the ground.  When police arrived, she refused to identify herself. James was cited for the two misdemeanor counts, and was released into the custody of an executive with the Miami Heat, the NBA team for which her 26-year-old son plays.

Roseanne Barr has taken her ex husband, Ben Thomas to court and she wants to strip him of all custody of their son.  At stake in the trial, is whether or not Roseanne has to foot the bill for all of Ben's trips to Hawaii to visit their son, Buck, every time he wants to come visit. Roseanne lives in Hawaii and Buck attends school there. After that decision is made, her attorneys will be filing for "sole legal and physical custody" of the boy and the issue will be in the hands of a judge.

Dr. Conrad Murray is begging a judge to ban Michael Jackson's autopsy photos from being shown in court during his manslaughter trial.  Before you think this attitude is to protect Michael's privacy, guess again.  Murray's legal team is only worried that the photos will unfairly prejudice the jury against Dr. Murray."  Murray's attorneys also filed a motion to exclude testimony or evidence dealing with the good doctor's visits to strip clubs, the women he met there, and the amount of money he spent in those clubs. They also want Murray's extramarital affairs left out of the proceedings.

MTV has given the green light to two new Jersey Shore spin-off shows.  Pauly D is getting his own program which will follow him on the road as "one of the country's most in-demand DJs." Snooki and Jwoww's show will chronicle their experiences as roommates after their lives on "Jersey Shore." Both shows are scheduled to debut on MTV in 2012.

Bravo has dropped Real Housewives of DC.  This marks the first time in the "Housewives" franchise that one of the spin-offs did not get a second season.  The problem was that the housewives in DC were too serious, too Washington and too boring for the series.....so there....

While the news broke on Wednesday that "Dancing With The Stars" pro dancer, Karina Smirnoff was posing nude for Playboy, the people behind the family friendly program started to freak out. The immediate response of ABC, apparently, is that having one of their dancers pose naked during an ongoing season could "soil" the wholesome show's image.  An insider says that if Karina posed naked, she can kiss her dancing days goodbye. Now, Karina isn't the only person on the ballroom floor who would have posed naked in Playboy. Hugh Hefner has visited the ballroom several times to cheer on his former girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson. Kendra is now married to football star, Hank Basket and the two have a young song.  Also last season's Holly Madison who was Hugh Hefner's #1 girlfriend participated in the show and had posed naked.  The difference here would be that Karina would be posing nude while the season was actually on the air.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who plays Mitchell on "Modern Family" was on "Regis and Kelly" on Thursday and says producers have asked Lady Gaga to make a guest star appearance on the show.  Jesse says his character loves Lady Gaga and would do anything to go to her concert.  According to the storyline of the episode, Mitchell wants to go to the Lady Gaga concert. Cameron is supposed to go along, but he's sick in bed. He's expecting Mitchell to stay home and take care of him, rather than go to the concert.  Evidently, Mitchell drugs Camerona little so he can sneak out. After pausing for audience laughter, Ferguson told the crowd, "Oh, we've all done it."

Kate Gosselin's former marriage counselors are suing the reality show mom for over $10,000, claiming she never paid for their services back in 2009 when she and Jon were trying to save their marriage. Creative Energy Options says Kate requested one of their marriage counselors to "fly to Los Angeles to perform marriage counseling, then refused to pay for services or travel fees."  The company says they have reached out to Kate several times, but she hasn't followed through with her commitments.

You can rent the Jersey beach house made famous by MTV's show "Jersey Shore" if you've got $2,500/night to burn. According to Seaside Realty, it's a "once in a lifetime opportunity."  Broker Mike Loundy says the place looks exactly like it did when the show was filmed....Snooki's bed, duck phone, Sunday dinner table, and all...although the dog mess has been cleaned and the toilets now flush properly. The hottub deck, however, has been removed.

In the meantime, Dunkin' Donuts has announced the creation of a royal wedding-themed doughnut, and  Baskin-Robbins is introducing an ice-cream cake in honor of the event.  The Royal Wedding Donut, which will go on sale one week before the April 29 wedding of Britain'sPrince William and fiancee Kate Middleton, is a heart-shaped, jelly-filled pastry with vanilla icing and chocolate drizzle.   Baskin-Robbins  Royal Wedding Ice Cream Cake features an English garden-inspired design with white and blue roses.
