What's the difference? Big one. Arrogance is inversely proportional to Confidence. So the more truly confident you are, the less arrogant you are. Arrogance excludes...Confidence includes.
Remember that the next time someone's getting on your last good nerve with how they're "better at this than anyone else"...just give 'em the 'ol Southern "bless his heart"! Seriously, usually people like this are in pain. Lots of emotional pain.
