I gave myself a "juicer" for Christmas.  Found the perfect place on the counter for it to live everyday.  Just haven't used it yet!  Gonna get started with it, though, because it might be the cure for A LOT OF STUFF!  One in particular, depression.  Then there's losing weight.  Basically all around general happiness! I've often heard you're only as healthy as your gut and your spine.  I believe it.  You don't even need a "juicer" for this...the blender works, too, just strain and drink.  Try these recipes here  (you can find 'em all over the internet).  And now I need to make the Chiropractic appointment!

What will the prescription happy physicians do when we don't need 'em anymore!!! Seriously, getting the internal gut in shape leads to better overall health, making it easier for your systems to function properly, and without medicine!  Good food and water are the best medicines.
