How did Russel Crowe do? Idol famer (there's no "L" in there) Adam Lambert said some fightin' words about "these are great actors pretending to be singers" and Crowe responded (here).
I must go see this film. So much Oscar buzz. Saw the stage play at the Fabulous Fox Theatre in the '90s but was "lost" during the performance. Didn't know the story. The film will undoubtedly make it easier to follow, and the photography is splendid.
