Can Your Boss Help You De-Stress?

Previous Posts

By Jordan Graye

In this uncertain economy, it's easy to worry about getting a job...or keeping the job you DO have.  Sometimes it's "one second at a time" let alone one day at a time.  Hard to let go of outcomes.  I'm the worst at it!  Good news for us Georgian's, the unemployment rate is down from a whopping 9.8% in April of '11 to 8.9% now.  The bad news is we're still above the National rate of 8.1%.

It might not be your ideal job, but you need to stay there for the time being.  So can your boss help you alleviate stress on the job?  Can your boss help you GET to your ideal job?  Although I know I'm ultimately responsible for my reactions to things around me, like my job situation, it's nice to get some outside help!  And I found some online...So until we win the lottery, I hope it helps!

Know You're Loved.  And thanx 4 listening xoxo
